In recent years,as people pay more and more attention to the health and safety of life,the consumption of vaccines in China has increased dramatically,and the state has paid more and more attention to the regulation of the cold chain transport and storage quality of vaccines.The vaccine as a high-risk biopharmaceutical is extremely sensitive to the surrounding environment,especially temperature.If the vaccine is improperly handled during transportation and storage,it can easily be damaged and cause major safety accidents.Therefore,monitoring the whole process of cold chain transport of medical vaccines through various effective measures is of great significance for ensuring its quality and safety.After fully analyzing the domestic and foreign status of vaccine cold-chain transportation supervision,This thesis is based on the application needs of related companies.Using ZigBee technology,embedded technology,GPS satellite positioning system,GPRS wireless communication technology and back-end remote monitoring system,a comprehensive real-time monitoring system for vaccine cold chain transportation was designed.This system is divided into three levels.First,the transport vehicle compartment is a mobile monitoring terminal.It is composed of terminal nodes and a coordinator.It collects environmental information through ZigBee nodes and then sends to the onboard control terminal in the cab via the ZigBee coordinator.Second,the on-vehicle control terminal is an embedded system that receives and displays the vaccine environment status in real time,and also obtains GPS positioning information.Third,through the GPRS wireless communication technology,the vaccine environmental information and vehicle location information are sent to the background monitoring center,and real-time display,unified.This thesis elaborated on the hardware and software design of ZigBee network based on CC2530.In terms of hardware,the CC2530 core circuit design and main peripheral circuit design were completed.In terms of software,ZigBee networking software design,embedded module software design,GPS information reception processing and GPRS wireless communication functions were completed,and a real-time monitoring system was built by using QT on PC.Finally,a joint functional test was performed on the entire system.The ZigBee network data collection and transmission,timely alarm,vehicle data display,GPS geographic location collection,GPRS wireless transmission,real-time reception and display of background monitoring system,data management,export EXCEL,mail sending and other functions were tested and verified.The test results show that the monitoring system designed in this paper meets the expected design goals. |
