Along with the development of the ergonomics technology, the parameterized model ofthe human body no longer just as a visual reference, but on the basis of the human bodystructure, the human body in function and human body mechanics characteristics, makehuman body model not only has the reasonable appearance, precise size, but also haspractical forms of exercise. With the continuously go deep into of the research, theparameterized model of the human body has become an effective assistant tool, directlyparticipate in the product design and evaluation process.Although different ergonomics problem is corresponding to the different designrequirements, but used in ergonomics design principle of human body model is consistent,namely to achieve: reasonable appearance, accurate size, vivid movement. Parameterizedmodel of the human body design at present the following three aspects difficulties:(1) Fromthe exterior, based on the simple geometry structures of the human body model is necessaryergonomics survey datum, but the appearance of the model is as stiff as a blunt, distortionbigger; Based on the surface expression model of the human body shape more lifelike butlack of accurate measurement datum.(2) From the accuracy of the size on the human body,the size of the model is simplified or estimate get, the size of the model can reflect the realindividual form.(3) From the movement situation, at present most of the human bodymodel can only carry on the static measurement, a few models even can realize continuousmotion simulation, but fidelity is not realistic.This article in view of the current research on the human body model of the existingproblems, and use of UG software UG/Open the secondary development of function moduleand vc++6.0software. Firstly, through using the database management system to realizethe human body model parametric modeling, while adding each limb segment quality dataand each joint angle range data, and according to the D-H method to establish the model ofhuman joint coordinate system, designed to create an appearance of having the necessarymeasurement datum and the dynamic simulation dynamic model of human body. Secondly,a means of solving every joint direction cosine matrix derivative method, get the jointmotion angle and velocity; on the other hand, according to the dynamic method to establish the model of human body kinetic equation and analysis. By using kinematics and kineticsmethods to control the motion of human body model, descripting the posture of humanbody model, and generating multiple posture body models by adjusting the angle of thejoint and evaluating thires comfort. Thirdly, in motion simulation, According to the numberof degrees of freedom of the human body each joint, with different functions to drivercorresponding joint movements, carries on the kinematics, dynamics simulation and asimple continuous motion simulation. Finally, put the human body model in a workenvironment, to achieve the vision, accessible domain, the operability of the apparatus,spatial accessibility through and working posture comfort and ergonomics evaluation andanalysis of motion, and the establishment of visualized man-machine interface evaluation.
