As the aviation industry in our country in recent years of independent development,especially for aircraft automatic control system for the demand of independent research and development is particularly urgent,one of the most important automatic throttle control system of the independent development become a critical task.so in this paper,the automatic throttle lever in the control system of automatic control system are studied,combined with the aviation bus ARINC429 bus communications and motor control technology has developed a set of aircraft throttle lever automatic control system.This paper makes a beneficial exploration and attempt on the localization of flight control system.This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the automatic joystick control system in the automatic throttle control system,and puts forward the overall scheme design,including three parts: upper computer program scheme,ARINC429 communication scheme and brushless dc motor control scheme.First,Lab VIEW was used to write the simulation interface of the upper computer,and the communication module ARINC429 with DSPTMS320F28335 as the core was controlled to simulate the data sent by ARINC429 bus.It can also receive feedback data for joystick status detection and fault reporting.Secondly,the working principle of motor and vector control technology are studied,and a brushless dc motor control system is developed,including hardware circuit design and software programming.Hardware circuit includes ARINC429 communication module circuit,dc brushless motor control module circuit controlled by DSPTMS320F28335 chip and dual motor drive circuit.Moreover,the joystick automatic control software system is programmed for this hardware system,which mainly includes the ARINC429 communication program written in the DSP chip software CCS9.0 and the dual-circuit dc brushless motor double-closed-loop vector control program.Then,under MATLAB/Simulink,a brushless dc motor control system based on traditional PID speed closed-loop and a fuzzy PID speed closed-loop control system were built to compare the performance of the two systems and determine that the fuzzy PID control system has better dynamic stability.The actual joystick automatic control system is built.Combined with the simulation interface of the upper computer and the joint debugging of the ARINC429 communication system,it can move according to the predetermined instructions and send the status of the joystick to the simulation interface of the upper computer in real time.Finally,the hardware system of the joystick automatic control system has passed the physical performance tests of vibration,low temperature and low pressure.
