With the development of science and technology, people's demand of automobile's performance become higher and higher. They put forward much more higher standard, especially in security, comfort, environment-protecting and energy sources-saving.In order to pursue the security and comfort of driving, many countries exploit advanced equipment by using new science and technology, Such as Speed Control System, Which also called Cruise Control System, Abr. CCS.In the present Speed Control System, throttle-executors have some forms, like electro-magnetic, electro-hydraulic,motor-driving and gas-driving. In some condition, every form has its virtues and shortages. Stepping Motor often be used as power and brushless D-C motor throttle-executor is saw little of.On the other side, the application conventional control technique (including classical control theory and modern control theory) highly enhanced the performance of automobile's system and unit, and many disadvantages emerges. These techniques can't satisfy developmental needs of modern automobile. The development of intelligent control technique intensively stimulates and promotes the development of automobile industry.This thesis use brushless D-C motor as execute electric-apparatus, and scheme out the executing mechanism part by aiming at Santana 2000's throttle and control throttle executor by adopting intelligent control technique (fuzzy control method). On the side of hardware, it introduces the driving principium of brushless D-C motor and works out all the circuit (control core,signal gathering and processing)of the control system; on the side of software, it designs throttle-executor's fuzzy controller,presents all parts' control program flow chart, compile fuzzy control software, and emulates the system which based on Matlab—Simulink. Finally, carries through the debugging toward the designed throttle-executor system based on fuzzy algorithm and PID algorithm, and analyses the debugging result. The outcome shows that the realization of the control system is rational.
