Harmful vibrations are known to cause wear,fatigue and noise in mechanical parts.Due to the increasing trend of light structure application,the vibration control technology of light structure becomes a new problem.The key problem is to ensure the simplicity and stability of vibration control of lightweight structures.Because piezoelectric intelligent materials have the characteristics of light weight and good piezoelectric performance,the vibration control of lightweight materials with piezoelectric materials can achieve good results.Based on the theme of vibration reduction of lightweight structure,this paper studies the vibration reduction of elastic aluminum beam structure by using piezoelectric shunt technology.The mathematical modeling of aluminum cantilever beam structure is carried out by the method of improved Fourier series,and the coupling of piezoelectric material with the basic structure and the connection of piezoelectric material with the shunt circuit are carried out,so as to establish the overall mathematical model analysis of structure-piezoelectric material-shunt circuit.By using the transfer function method,parameters such as time constant,resonant shunt frequency and damping factor are introduced to select circuit elements for the optimal scheme.At the same time,the experimental bench was built,the actual piezoelectric shunt circuit was constructed,and the vibration control experiment of aluminum cantilever beam structure was carried out in combination with piezoelectric materials.
