| In the process of ship construction,the block is the foundation of ship construction,and its precision affects the precision and quality of the whole ship.From steel plate cutting to block erection finished,each process requires precision control technology to participate in and play a control role.In the early development of shipbuilding industry,shipyards all over the world adopt the method of cutting allowance to ensure the final success of ship building.With the rapid development of mathematics and computer technology,advanced shipbuilding countries put forward the concept of non-surplus shipbuilding,and then extended the development of today’s precision management control technology.The development of precision management control technology requires not only strict control of the site,but also the continuous enrichment and development of this technology through the recording of relevant data and advanced equipment software,as well.Because the welding deformation law is difficult to capture,the precision control of welding is always the difficulty in the process of block construction.For small upscale ship like yacht and tourist ship,the welding precision control is more important.Based on the actual engineering construction of the 66-meter cruise ship project of Yan Tai CIMC raffles offshore co.,LTD.,this paper studies the precision control of the construction process of small and medium-sized yacht hull block.The welding compensation and deformation control are the studied and applied in the construction of the 66-meter cruise ship.This paper introduces the error and compensation amount,explains different kinds of errors,and introduces the compensation and basic characteristics,the principle,type and determination method of compensation.In this paper,the welding compensation is studied,and the mathematical model is established.The causes,types and preventive measures of deformation in the process of block fabrication are analyzed.For welding deformation,the related analysis and preventive measures of angular deformation are introduced.Through the analysis of the detailed causes of welding deformation,the current welding methods of fillet and butt welds are studied,and the welding process is improved by testing and data analysis.Finally,the research results are applied to the construction process of 66-meter cruise ship project.Through the combination of technical analysis and production practice,it is proved that the application of the precision control scheme in this paper can successfully achieve the desired effect in improving the control precision of hull construction. |
