Discussion On The Rationality Of River Regulation Strategy And Engineering Technology

With the rapid development of society and economy in the county,the natural ecology and water environment in the basin began to deteriorate,the lake area decreased and the wetland shrank seriously,which seriously damaged people’s health and environmental rights and interests.Based on the investigation of the pollution sources in the lake and Shandan River basins of the Heihe River Basin,it is found that the main problems in the river basin ecological environment protection are: lack of water resources and ecological degradation;Weak Environmental Regulation;the Shandan River,a major tributary of the Heihe River,has suffered from long-term closure,severe pollution,siltation,channel shrinkage and ecological deterioration;and the Shandan River,as a receiving body of rainwater and sewage,long-term River erosion has also caused a series of problems such as water and soil loss along the river.Therefore,the construction of a complete river ecosystem is an important measure to further enhance the function of water storage regulation and water conservation,to ensure water ecological security and wetland system stability,and to solve urban environmental problems in arid and semi-arid areas Is An effective way to bring a comfortable and clean life to the residents and to influence the image of Shandan County city.In this paper,we take the river regulation in the city section of Shandan River in Shandan County as an example to collect the relevant background information,based on the study and analysis of the environment and ecological changes before and after the comprehensive river regulation and ecological restoration in the city section of Shandan River in Shandan County,the rationality of river regulation strategy and engineering technology is discussed.Finally,some suggestions on river management are put forward,which can provide basis and practical advice for river management and management in other arid and semi-arid areas.The main research contents are as follows: 1.Through the study of river regulation at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the river regulation strategy and the influence of River Regulation on urban development.2.The present situation of the river course before the comprehensive regulation and ecological restoration in the city section of Shandan River in Shandan County was analyzed systematically to clarify the problems of the river course comprehensive regulation.3.Through an empirical case study on the Comprehensive River Regulation in the city section of Shandan River in Shandan County,this paper compares the traditional river regulation model with the Comprehensive River regulation and Ecological Rehabilitation Model,and discusses the rationality of river regulation strategies and engineering techniques.4.Based on the results of Theoretical Analysis and empirical study,the paper putsforward some suggestions and development measures for river channel comprehensive regulation,which can be used for reference for the rationality of River Channel Regulation Strategies and engineering techniques in northwest China..Through the full-text analysis,the main conclusions are as follows: 1.River regulation in the urban area meets the development requirements of the master plan for the county seat of Lilium pumilum,the goal of improving the basic service function of the city and the level of its infrastructure is helpful to promote the development of regional economy and form a new pattern of modernization construction of harmonious development between man and nature After the implementation of the project,the river hydrodynamic conditions and water conservation capacity have been improved,the ecological environment quality of rivers and lakes has been improved,and the vegetation coverage has been increased The ecological vegetation on both sides of the Shandan River in the urban area is complementary to the water storage area and the newly built ecological embankment,the urban water storage and ecological landscape should be integrated to increase the area of water storage and greening,improve the ecological environment quality of the urban section of the Shandan River in Shandan County,initially realize the ecological security of the lake,significantly enhance the water conservation,and maintain the balance of groundwater resources.In view of the above findings,the following recommendations were made: 1.Water pollution control measures and recommendations;2.Functional Zone Development Measures and recommendations;3.Habitat Restoration measures and recommendations;4.measures and recommendations to enhance community participation.
