At present,the role of loader in engineering construction is more and more important,but how to improve the efficiency of loader shoveling is a problem jointly studied by scholars.The loader is mainly affected by two kinds of resistance during the whole working process: one is walking resistance,the other is shovel resistance,and the shovel resistance has a great influence on the shovel loading efficiency of the loader.Therefore,it is very important to study the working process of the loader and the shovel resistance of the bucket during the work.In this paper,an experimental study on the working process of the loader and the shovel resistance is carried out by using the loader shovel comprehensive test bench;then the professional discrete element software EDEM is used to simulate the bottomless cylinder experiment;then,the EDEM software is used to establish the loader gravel The material working process simulation model obtained the shoveling resistance curve,and at the same time analyzed the crushed stone materials in the simulation process.Finally,the EDEM software was used to study the loading process of loader shoveling coal,large stone and other materials.The main contents are as follows:(1)The loader shoveling comprehensive test bench was used to conduct an experimental study on the working process of the loader and the shoveling resistance.After data processing through the Ncode software,the working process was fragmented.At the same time,the derived shoveling resistance formula can be used to The complex shovel resistance calculations at different points and directions are decomposed into Fx and Fy shovel resistances,through which the standardized shovel resistance data is obtained by calculation,which can provide test data verification for establishing an effective loader working process simulation model.(2)Use the professional discrete element software EDEM to simulate the bottomless cylinder experiment.By setting the simulation parameters,the average resting angle of the crushed stone material is 38.32°,and the resting angle of the crushed material measured by the experiment made by previous people is 38.03°.The relative error is about 0.8%,so the error range meets the requirements.This result verifies the correctness of the simulation parameter settings of crushed stone materials.(3)Use the EDEM software to establish a simulation model of the working process of the crusher material of the loader,and obtain the shoveling resistance simulation curve.At the same time,the crushing material in the simulation process is analyzed,and then the shoveling resistance of the crushed material obtained by the experiment Compared with the shovel resistance obtained by simulation,it is found that the two curve trends are basically the same,and an effective simulation model is obtained.(4)The EDEM software was used to establish a simulation model of the working process of the loader shoveling other materials,mainly including: coal material and cristobalite material;and the analysis of the coal material change during the shoveling process and the impact of the particle size on the shoveling resistance,The results show that the particle size will affect the shoveling resistance,but there is no regular change;secondly,a simulating model of the working process of the loader shoveling the big stone material pile is established,and the change of the big stone material during the shoveling process is analyzed.And the influence of the insertion depth on the shovel resistance,the results show that as the insertion depth increases,the resistance value increases continuously.
