| Sliding bearings are widely used in automobiles, nuclear energy, aerospace, engineering machinery and other important fields because of their good seismic wear resistance, easy disassembly, large bearing capacity, high working speed and other advantages. And to ensure the stability of sliding bearings, smooth work is the key to the design. Therefore, the research on the working characteristics of the bearing has always been the focus of its normal operation. There are many literatures at present to study the influence of manufacturing process errors on the operating characteristics of sliding bearing systems, but the research on the roughness errors on the operating characteristics of sliding bearing systems needs to be further studied. This article focuses on the theoretical study of the influence of the roughness error of the journal of the sliding bearing on the operating characteristics of the bearing system. In this paper, based on the common sliding bearing, the oil film force model of the sliding bearing system with roughness error is first established.Based on the rotor dynamics theory, the oil film pressure distribution is solved by the finite difference method to further determine the oil film force of the sliding bearing journal.Components, oil film speed, and then determine the critical speed of the nonlinear rotor under different viscosities;introduce the dimensionless parameter Sommerfeld Number, and simulate the Sommerfeld Number curve with the eccentricity change, use it to characterize the bearing capacity of the bearing system, the roughness of the study The greater the degree of error, the greater the bearing capacity of the rotor system, because the Sommerfeld number is inversely proportional to the bearing capacity;in order to more intuitively represent the relationship between the critical speed and stability of the bearing system, the dimensionless parameter Op is introduced to use it to characterize the bearing system Stability critical curve, research shows that the existence of roughness error is not conducive to the stability of the system;when the sliding bearing is running stably, the journal will have frictional resistance from the lubricant and the bush during rotation, which will bring the running system To loss.It accounts for a large proportion of the energy loss of the rotor system,so reducing friction loss is a necessary link to improve the working efficiency of the rotor system.Studies have shown that the existence of roughness errors is not conducive to reducing friction loss. Finally, this paper experimentally verifies the effect of journal roughness error on the bearing system. The experiment shows that the journal roughness error can affect the stability of the sliding bearing system. As the roughness error level increases, the stability of the bearing system gradually decreases.Through the mutual verification analysis of theory and experiment, the research results have a certain degree of reliability, and provide a theoretical basis for the machining design of sliding bearings to a certain extent... |
