Several typical journals bearing oil film force nonlinear analytical models were compared research mainly based on hydrodynamic lubrication theory in this paper,First of all, combined with a half-speed vortex mechanism,it expounded relations between Sommerfeld and the characteristics of oil film power,they are closely related to the Load-carrying capacity of the non-dimensional parameters.Followed several typical model of the structure of the analytical expression was compared,hydrodynamic lubrication performance and the corresponding calculated results was studied at steady-state conditions,differences and contacts was discussed according to results.Lastly,a test was put on the three supporting structure of static and dynamic pressure pneumatic mixed bearing rotor system by changing the gas pressure to study the bearing shaft critical speed of the changes of characteristics and its mechanism.The results showed that:improve bearing gas pressure can effectively change the bearing gas film stiffness and damping characteristics,and first-order critical speed shaft -bearings was increased with gas pressure increase,the vibration amplitude of the bearing was lower With the increase in gas pressure.this result is to provide a method improving the stability of bearing system.
