Research On The Industry-University-Research Innovation Network Of New Energy Automobile Industry

The new energy automobile industry is one of China’s strategic emerging industries and one of the key areas of made in China 2025.It has an important impact on China’s supply-side reform and industrial upgrading,and is also an important measure to improve the environment and develop a low-carbon economy.New energy automobile industry in our country is in rapid development period,but now enterprises rely on the stability of the internal and external environment is more and more low,uncertainty increasing,product technology innovation cycle gradually shortened,increasing market competition,only a single enterprise on its own technological innovation ability to perform or fully to grasp the method of technology innovation of the product more difficult.The innovation network is an open and complex dynamic system,which can solve the uncertainty of technological innovation and the limited innovation resources and capability of a single enterprise in the dynamic environment.New energy automotive industry,technical knowledge and complex,the new energy automotive industry of automobile enterprise,parts mutual cooperation between enterprises,universities and research institutes to form the production innovation network for the innovation and development of new energy vehicles industry has played a positive role in promoting.This paper takes China’s new energy automobile industry as the research object,on the basis of joint application for patent by enterprises,universities and research institutes,analyzes the current situation of innovation network of China’s new energy automobile industry.In the state intellectual property office patent database,the use of keywords retrieval from 2000-2018 in China’s new energy automotive industry production-study-research cooperation innovation patent data,build the model,and using social network analysis approach and the Ucinet software based on the collected data to build the new energy automotive industry production,innovation network,the network structure and network characteristics of the two aspects analyzes the current situation of the development of new energy vehicles industry production,innovation network,and USES regression analysis to explore the center degree,hole structure,and the relationship between the innovation network output.The research results show that: in terms of network structure,the industrial,academic and research institutes of new energy automobile industry in China have more network structure of scattered structure and planetary structure,but less complex structure.In terms of network characteristics,China’s new energy automobile industry has a low innovation network density,loose structure and insufficient cohesion,which is not conducive to the diffusion of information,knowledge and technology in the network.The regression analysis shows that the network centrality has a positive effect on the innovation output,but the structure hole has no obvious effect on the innovation output.Based on the research results of this paper,feasible Suggestions are put forward for optimizing the innovation network of industry,universities and research institutes of China’s new energy automobile industry.
