| With the rapid development of the knowledge economy,the role of universities and scientific research institutions in the process of social and economic development is becoming more and more prominent.The innovation of industry-university-research(IUR)cooperation has become an important driving force for rapid economic development.As a new model of innovation and development,IUR cooperative innovation network is an important way to optimize resource allocation and knowledge spillover,and accelerate the integration of technology and economy.It has gradually become an important part of China’s national innovation system.However,compared with developed countries in Europe and the United States,the development of China’s domestic IUR cooperation innovation network is relatively slow.There are still some phenomena,such as the network scale is not large enough,the connections between network subjects are not close enough,the strength of the connection is relatively weak,the cross-level and cross category of IUR cooperation is not strong enough.Therefore,how to describe the IUR cooperative innovation network,analyze its structural characteristics,the evolutionary laws and influencing factors of the knowledge innovation and diffusion performance,and find out the optimal development direction are the urgent problems to be solved in enhance China’s domestic IUR cooperative innovation capabilities and promoting the rapid development of the national economy.This research takes the IUR cooperative innovation network in the field of new energy vehicles as the empirical analysis object,and deeply analyzes its network structure,network dynamic(knowledge innovation and diffusion,and network evolution)process,and the optimization process of network structure,which is of great significance to realize and improve the structure and function of the IUR cooperative innovation network.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research basis and conceptual model of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure optimization.The complex network theory involved in the research of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure optimization is introduced in detail from the aspects of topology,measurement index,propagation dynamics,and evolutionary dynamics of a complex network.By combing the relevant research results,this paper introduces the concept,constituent elements,and characteristics of the IUR cooperative innovation network;and analyzes the development status and main problems of domestic university research cooperation from the aspects of the number of government policy documents,cooperation fund investment,turnover of technology export contract,and innovation achievements;And based on the research paradigm of " network structure-network dynamics process-network structure optimization ",a conceptual model for research on structure optimization of IUR innovation cooperation network is proposed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the IUR cooperative innovation network.The concept,characteristics and complexity of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure are introduced,and constructs the analysis framework of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure,and taking the IUR cooperative innovation network in the field of new energy vehicles in China as the empirical research object to analyze its constituent elements and reasons for formation;On this basis,the characteristics of network structure are deeply analyzed from the four aspects of basic structure and internal structure,network relevance and community structure,network important nodes and network structure stability.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the knowledge innovation and diffusion process of the IUR cooperative innovation network.Based on the perspective of complex networks,the concepts and characteristics of knowledge dissemination and classic knowledge dissemination models are introduced;Explained in detail the concept,way,process,and influencing factors of the knowledge innovation and diffusion behavior of the IUR cooperative innovation network.On this basis,the knowledge innovation and diffusion model of the IUR cooperative innovation network are constructed.According to the measurement indicators of knowledge innovation and diffusion performance,this paper analyzes the evolution law of the knowledge innovation and diffusion performance of the IUR cooperative innovation network,and analyzes the relationship between network structure,network subject capacity,the diffusion intensity,and the knowledge innovation and diffusion performance.Fourthly,this paper explores the evolutionary process of the IUR cooperative innovation network.Introduces the connotation,conditions and motivations of the evolution of the IUR cooperative innovation network,explores the evolution process,influencing factors and action mechanism of the IUR cooperative innovation network,and proposes the evolution model analysis framework of the IUR cooperative innovation network;On this basis,the evolution model of the IUR cooperative innovation network was constructed,and the optimal network evolution model was evaluated and determined;The evolution trend of the optimal evolution model of the IUR cooperative innovation network is analyzed,and these mechanisms that affect the evolution of the IUR cooperative innovation network are discussed in depth.Fifthly,this paper explores the optimization process of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure.Introduces the connotation,objectives and standards of the optimization of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure,and proposes the analysis framework for the optimization of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure;Analyzed the optimization approaches and types of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure,and constructed the optimization model of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure;Based on the entropy method-TOPSIS method,the evaluation method of the optimization effect of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure is given;On this basis,the optimal development direction of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure under the three scenarios is analyzed,and the difference between the actual network and the best-optimized network in the three scenarios is discussed.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure.Combined with the analysis results of network structure characteristics,network dynamic(knowledge innovation and diffusion,and network evolution)process and network structure optimization of the IUR cooperative innovation network,taking the government as the implementation subject of IUR cooperative innovation network structure optimization,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the IUR cooperative innovation network from two dimensions of global and local.Through the research of this paper,we have deeply analyzed the structural characteristics of the IUR cooperative innovation network,dissected the evolution law of the knowledge innovation and diffusion performance of the IUR cooperative innovation network,and explored the internal evolution mechanism of the IUR cooperative innovation network.By constructing an optimization model of the IUR cooperative innovation network,evaluated and determined the optimal development direction of the IUR cooperative innovation network structure,and proposes the global and local optimization strategies for the IUR cooperative innovation network structure,which provides support for promoting the healthy and stable development of the IUR cooperative innovation network. |
