Study On The Characteristics And Protection And Reuse Of The Third-Front Movement Industrial Building Heritage In The Northwest Hubei

The past 100 years have been the most drastic changes in human society.The progress and development of science and technology and the construction and elimination of industry have formed numerous industrial heritages.The Third-Front Movement industrial heritage is a large-scale industrial heritage of national defense construction formed under the influence of the "war preparedness" ideology during the "three five" and "fourth five" periods,and it has witnessed the history of industrial development in the central and western regions.Hubei is the province with the second largest amount of resources invested by the country during the Third-Front Movement period,second only to Sichuan.The construction of the Third-Front Movement in the province is mainly concentrated in the western Hubei region.Shiyan is a typical Third-Front Movement city due to the " the Third-Front Movement ".Xiangyang is an important transportation hub in the region and one of the three "military to civilian" industrial cities in the country.With the investigation of industrial heritage and the gradual emphasis on its protection and reuse,the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in the northwestern Hubei has begun to take shape;And commercial display,ignoring the presentation of spatial environmental features on a larger scale.This article takes the industrial enterprises and their heritage in the Third-Front Movement of northwestern Hubei Province as the research object,and summarizes the achievements in the construction of the Third-Front Movement of northwestern Hubei Province and the current status of the industrial enterprises on the basis of detailed investigations of typical cases;Starting from the system,it reveals the multi-dimensional characteristics of the industrial enterprises and their heritage in the northwestern Hubei Province.Based on the characteristics of the industrial enterprises and their heritage in the northwestern Hubei Province and the current problems of protection and utilization,the protection and regeneration strategies of industrial enterprises and their heritage are proposed.The details include the following:First,combing the historical background of the Third-Front Movement,the development history of the Third-Front Movement in northwestern Hubei and the achievements in the construction of "military,automobile and civilian supporting enterprises" and other aspects were sorted out;on this basis,the spatial layout characteristics of the Third-Front industry in northwestern Hubei Research: At the regional pattern level,the spatial structure characteristics of the enterprises with the railway as the axis and the distribution characteristics of similar industrial clusters in cities and counties were studied;at the unit level of the plant,under the conditions of conflicting production and hidden location,the interior of the plant was studied The organization is relatively disorderly and meets the characteristics of the assembly line,as well as the characteristics of the layout of the plant according to the local conditions in the built environment of the mountain.Secondly,based on the related research,detailed analysis and summarization of the current status of related companies,elaborated on the current homogeneity and uneven quality of the protection and reuse issues.Through case analysis,further study on the characteristics of the heritage,comprehensively summarized the functions,forms,materials,structures and construction characteristics of the related structures,and generally highlighted the characteristics of "low technology and high adaptability".Finally,based on the analysis of the characteristics and existing problems of industrial enterprises and their heritage,the protection and regeneration strategies are discussed from three levels: macro-regional level,through the construction of industrial heritage corridors,to achieve the overall protection of regional industrial heritage;plant unit level According to the importance and status of value,enterprises are divided into three categories: general,important and production,and corresponding model strategies are proposed.In the protection and utilization of structures,based on the characteristics of heritage,environment reproduction,function endowment,form maintenance,and materials are proposed.Strategies for reconstruction,structural reorganization,and spiritual maintenance.
