| In recent years,with the gradual advancement of rural revitalization,more and more "quasi-urbanized" new rural communities have emerged in China.These new rural communities have greatly improved the quality of the human settlement environment and public service level of villagers,while also further fragmenting.The villagers ’already fragile social relations network has caused the villagers’ defamiliarization and alienation,and also deviated from the original intention of building a new rural community and a civilized and harmonious community environment.Therefore,how to rebuild the social relationship network of the new rural community public space and form a new production and living community has become an urgent problem to be solved in the new rural area.Under this background,the public communication behavior in the new rural community and its material space carrier come into our view.We know that under the logic of “space-society” interaction,high-quality public spaces have the function of promoting social interaction and the formation of social networks.Many scholars in China have conducted research on the public space of new rural communities,but most of them have focused on the indicators and technical issues at the level of public space construction and the display of landscape features at the cultural level,while neglecting public behavior and communication activities are public spaces.The essential function of ignoring communication behavior as a bridge between space and society is a key factor for a new rural community to form a healthy public life.Based on this thinking,this article attempts to study the construction,use,evaluation and optimization of new rural community public space from the perspective of public communication behavior.First of all,in response to the staged changes of the national policy,the three changes in the rural public space and the villagers ’communicative behavior from the traditional period to the reform and opening up were studied,and it was found that the relationship between the villager ’s communicative behavior and the public space in the rural area gradually separated from high-level to separate and out of order Change,and at the level of connotation elements,the formal connotation in public space is gradually greater than the changing characteristics of public behavior connotation,resulting in the public space in the village losing its affinity for the villagers ’public communication activities,resulting in the relationship between communication behavior and public space.Divergence.Secondly,through field research and multiple visits and inspections,on the one hand,understand the characteristics of the development and changes of the villagers’ communicative behavior in the new period;on the other hand,classify the new rural communities in Wuhan and summarize the current characteristics and problems of the new rural community public space.Furthermore,by comparing the relationship between traditional village communicative behavior and public space,the reasons for the misalignment of public communicative behavior and public space in new rural communities are analyzed and summarized,that is,the differentiation of villagers ’communicative behavior and the standardization of public space during the rapid urbanization period are An important cause of "behavior-space" misalignment.On this basis,the concept of public space’s behavioral utility is clarified,and with the help of the existing public space evaluation system,a new type of rural community public space is established with the material environmental elements,cultural connotation elements,and behavioral activity elements as the three major criteria layers.Behavioral utility evaluation model.Finally,through an empirical study on the evaluation of the public space behavior utility of the new rural community in Wuhan,the new rural community public space behavior utility has the following characteristics: the community’s overall public space behavior utility is low,and the single-factor public space behavior utility is average,And there is a general phenomenon that the utility of the factor does not match the corresponding attention.Then from the perspective of utility and matching issues,the causal correlation analysis of the three levels of the public space’s material environment,cultural connotation and behavioral activities was carried out to find out the specific causes of various problems.According to the results of behavioral utility evaluation and analysis,public space optimization strategies are proposed from four aspects: public participation,behavior guidance,space refinement,and connotation promotion. |
