Pumped storage power stations are an effective and indispensable means of regulation for the power system.With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,users’ requirements for power quality are constantly increasing,especially in the environment where the country strives to develop green energy.The operating characteristics of peak-storage and valley-filling of storage power plants can effectively achieve load regulation and ensure stable operation of the power system.Therefore,the operating state of pumped storage power plants will directly affect the stable operation level of the entire power grid.The pumped storage unit is a highly coupled mechanical system of water and electricity,mainly composed of subsystems such as pump turbine,generator motor and main water inlet valve.The main water inlet valve is an important equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power station.The main water inlet valve The upstream and downstream are connected to the pressure steel pipe and the volute respectively.Compared with the conventional unit,the operating conditions of the pumped storage unit are more complicated and the operating conditions alternate more frequently,so it is easier to cause abnormalities such as wear of the main inlet valve components and increased vibration,resulting in the unit Not working properly.Therefore,the accurate and efficient fault diagnosis and comprehensive state assessment model of the main inlet valve of the pumped storage power station can timely find abnormal conditions during the operation of the main assessment model,and the field operation process relies too much on the experience of the operating personnel,this paper has carried out the main inlet valve fault diagnosis and integrated state the main inlet valve of the pumped storage power station,deeply study the operation mechanism of the main inlet valve,research and determine the relevant monitoring parameters that affect the operation state of the main inlet valve,and analyze the typical failure and key state quantity To establish a scientific and perfect typical associative coupling system for the main inlet valve to support the establishment of the main inlet valve fault diagnosis and comprehensive state assessment model.(2)Study the fault tree diagnosis model and method,and establish the main inlet valve body including the main inlet valve fault tree diagnosis model.During the actual operation of the early pumped storage power station,only the computer monitoring system monitored the conventional parameters such as the opening of the main inlet valve,upstream and downstream pressures,oil pressure and oil level.The failure of the water valve body will also cause the unit to shut down or a serious accident.For this reason,this paper focuses on the typical failure mechanism of the main inlet valve,and constructs a diagnosis model of the main inlet valve fault tree including the oil system and the body.The constructed main inlet valve fault tree is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.In view of the problem of imperfect fault recording and insufficient data storage of the main inlet valve system,a fault diagnosis mechanism based on its operating mechanism reasoning is proposed to realize the main inlet valve.Accurate diagnosis of the operation failure of the water valve.Finally,the actual measurement data of the online monitoring system of the main inlet valve of the pumped-storage power station verified the effectiveness of the model,and realized the accurate
