Since the reform and opening-up policy in China,with the continuous development of economy and the unceasing enhancement people life level,the demand of electricity is increasing.In order to ensure the stable and efficient of power grid operation,pumped-storage hydroelectricity stations as new types are widely constructed.As a typical project,JZ pumped-storage hydroelectricity station is approved in 2004 August.And it will start production in 2019 and produce completely in 2020.This project construction has a positive influence on improving the power supply quality,the economy of power grid operation and promoting the resources effective utilization.However,JZ pumped-storage hydroelectricity station construction projects is still in the first step,and is likely to exist safety management problems.It will be illustrated in the following.The work cannot reach the assumed goal.Safety management consciousness and responsibility are not clear.The construction staff quality is still low.The lack of safety training work is also contributed to problems.These hazards hinder JZ pumped-storage hydroelectricity stations construction project safety management and long-term development.By analyzing the safety theory and the theory of electric power industry safety management,this paper states pumped-storage hydroelectricity stations construction engineering safety management status,and realizes it makes mostly qualitative analysis.On this basis,it points out the issues faced by JZ pumped-storage hydroelectricity stations construction engineering safety management in the country,and on the basis of the theory QC and TQM,it establishes the JZ pumped-storage hydroelectricity stations construction engineering safety management evaluation index,it uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of evaluation index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to work out the comprehensive evaluation results.Based on the theory of QC,with the element of man,material,machine,method and environment and the theory of TQM,with the process of planning,doing,checking,action,this paper puts forwards the measures and suggestions to improve the pumped-storage hydroelectricity stations construction projects safety management capability,which is a new exploration in this professional field and offers the practical reference as well.
