| The traditional construction industry has long-term problems of information asymmetry,high transaction costs,and so on,which cause inefficient trading and greatly hinder healthy development of the entire industry.The mode of construction platform is one of the latest achievements of the close integration of internet economy and construction industry,and brings new opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of construction industry.Starting from the transaction methods of construction platform,this thesis focuses on agency transaction and uses two-sided matching method to solve the competition for the same task or service in the agency transaction.Firstly,this thesis establishes a basic framework of transaction methods on the construction platform,and further explores the features and process of agency transaction method on the platform.Then,in view of the characteristic that the subject’s perceived value of the result in the agency transaction is affected by three reference points(minimum requirements,the status,goals),this thesis designs a new method to calculate the matching satisfaction degree by combining tri-reference point theory with prospect theory,and establishes a two-sided matching model which aims to make the bilateral satisfaction degree maximum and fair.Finally,considering that the complex task party has a combination preference for the total cost and duration of service combination,this thesis divides the satisfaction degree of task party into the total cost satisfaction and total duration satisfaction with the service combination,and average satisfaction with the single services which rule out cost and duration index,and develops a new two-sided matching model with the same goals.A linear weighting method based on membership function is used to help solve the above two multi-objective optimization models,and the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed methods is demonstrated respectively by two examples.The transaction methods of construction platform proposed in this thesis have guiding significance for the construction of platform transaction mechanism,the two-sided matching research of tasks and services under agency transaction provides application and theoretical reference for resource allocation in construction industry and study in two-sided matching decision-making. |
