| In order to meet the increasing demand for social power consumption year by year,the scale of investment and construction in China’s power industry continues to expand.As the installed capacity of the power plant increases,the stability of the unit’s operation is paid more and more attention.At present,the more mature state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is mainly concentrated on the host equipment such as transformers and generators.Due to its auxiliary nature,the related research of oil system for governor that plays a key role in the governing process of the unit has not received enough attention.The analysis function of the related application system is not perfect,and the accuracy of the analysis result cannot be guaranteed.If the fault worsens,it may lead to unplanned outage of the unit and damage the power plant benefits.At the same time,the systems with the analysis function of oil system for governor that are put into use at present are deployed on the PC side.The PC side application systems are difficult to carry and access time and place are restricted.As a result,the power plant inspectors often need to need to carry thesis analysis materials that are difficult to keep to work,which is not conducive to the improvement of work efficiency.At present,the highly popularized development of mobile terminals provides new ideas and requirements for equipment state analysis systems.Therefore,the thesis conducts research on the automatic analysis method and mobile platform of oil system for governor.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the symptoms of typical system failures based on the structural principle of oil system for governor,puts forward the analysis indicators of oil pump misoperation and failure of oil pump start and stop,and determines the calculation method of other analysis parameters involved in the study.The data cleaning method of oil system for governor is formulated based on the change characteristics of the state quantity and the correlation among the state quantities.The automatic analysis method of oil system for governor is formed based on the analysis parameters.Secondly,the thesis designs the platform functions according to business requirements of the analysis of oil system for governor.Based on the existing architecture foundation of the power plant,the data extraction layer,data service and API interface layer,cloud database and mobile application are added to support the operation of automatic analysis mobile platform of oil system for governor.Aiming at the problems of low transmission efficiency,large storage redundancy and high development and maintenance costs caused by the data structure of each local unit data to form a database separately,the database is optimized and reconstructed.In addition,considering the difficulty of data analysis,the stability and security of data reading and other factors,data transmission interfaces based on JSON format are designed.Finally,the thesis introduces the concrete realization of the four platform subsystems including automatic analysis subsystem of oil system for governor,local data extraction subsystem,network data service subsystem and mobile terminal subsystem.The thesis researches and develops a program capable of real-time analysis and daily analysis of oil seal status,gas seal status and oil pump health status.The acquisition of the local data is completed by using a more stable thread management mechanism.The data storage and transmission of the network data service subsystem is completed through using the Spring MVC+Mybatis framework.The study develops a mobile terminal subsystem based on the Android operating system,displays the system status and equipment health analysis results through interactive windows that combine multiple layouts,and builds a mobile platform for automatic analysis of oil system for governor with more comprehensive analysis functions and better practicality. |
