| Industry 4.0 has always been a hot topic in the current society.How to integrate resources to transform traditional industries has drawn great attention.Traditional automatic car washing machines have been tepid because of their lack of Internet functions and Internet of Things technologies.However,automatic car washing machines have also received much attention in the aftermarket industry due to their convenience and high social use value.How to integrate the existing Internet,mobile payment services,Internet of Things technology and traditional car washer theoretical research value and practical application value.This thesis mainly focuses on the design and implementation of the unattended automatic car washing machine system client based on Raspberry Pi platform.This thesis first analyzes the defects of traditional car washing machine,and then proposes the demand of integrating Internet,mobile payment and Internet of Thing.Then,this thesis analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of existing mobile payment,data transmission technology and serial bus communication technology.Finally,a set of unattended automatic car washer system client solutions based on Raspberry Pi platform were proposed.Based on the Raspberry Pi platform,the Qt framework is combined with scan code payment,Active MQ and UART to develop a program that includes an interactive UI,which realizes the function of controlling the car washing machine by scanning the QR code and IOT.The software also supports a series of functions such as automatic update,downloading network resources,and displaying multimedia content.The software has a high practical engineering value and good demonstration. |
