As a very important ship in the navy,submarines have the characteristics of strong endurance,good mobility and concealment,and have an extremely important strategic position.With the rapid development of sonar technology,the stealth performance of submarine has encountered great challenges.Anechoic coating is a stealth technology that can simultaneously suppress the radiated noise and reflected echoes of the submarine,and has a wide range of applications in the submarine stealth technology.In this paper,with the goal of improving the sound absorption capacity of the anechoic coatings,the influence of the material and structural parameters of anechoic coatings on the reflection coefficient is deeply studied,and a forecasting algorithm by MATLAB programming is established based on the reflection coefficient of the anechoic coatings for the target strength of a submarine.The main work and results are as follows:First,based on the simulated annealing algorithm,genetic algorithm,hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm and layered medium theory,an inversion algorithm for material equivalent parameters based on reflection coefficient is proposed.The equivalent inversion algorithm can equate a non-uniform layered structure to a uniform layered structure,and the original materials and the equivalent materials ave the same reflection coefficient.Taking the material parameter inversion of 10 mm steel plate as an example,the effectiveness of the equivalent parameter inversion algorithm is verified,and the results show that the operation efficiency of the hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm is relatively high.Secondly,based on the finite element method,the effects of the thickness,loss factor,Poisson’s ratio of the acoustic cover,the perforation rate of the cylindrical cavity structure,the hole height,and the thickness of the water layer between the double shells on the reflection coefficient of the acoustic cover were studied.It provides a basis for the choice of acoustic cover material and the design of the structure.On this basis,the equivalent parameters of each anechoic coating are calculated by the hybrid genetic simulated annealing inversion algorithm,which further verifies the effectiveness of the equivalent parameter inversion algorithm.Finally,based on the equivalent parameters obtained from the inversion and the basic theory of the planar element method,a fast prediction algorithm that can directly predict the target strength of the submarine with the anechoic coating is realized through MATLAB programming.Taking the benchmark standard submarine model as the research object,based on the planar element method,the target strength of single-layer and double-layer hull submarine with uniform anechoic coating and cylindrical cavity structure anechoic coating is calculated,and the influence of anechoic coatings on the target strength of submarine is compared and analyzed.
