| The paper mainly studies the acoustic scattering characteristics of two concrete MUUVs which have the typical structure of MUUV.One is a self-designed torpedo MUUV with multiple cabins in PMMA material, and the other is a torpedo type MUUV in metal material for commercial use.Used for forecasting echo characteristics of sonar targets, the methods, finite element method applied in low frequency band and planar element method applied in high frequency band, are employed to study the target strength of MUUV of typical structure. The influence of incident plane wave frequency and incident azimuth angle on the acoustic target strength of MUUV is analyzed. The mechanism of the formation of spatial distribution characteristics of target strength in different frequency bands and in different cabins filling water is discussed. The influence of MUUV structure on acoustic scattering characteristics is studied by using target echo tomography method and frequency domain indirect method based on active sonar target channel. The underwater acoustic field measurement experiment was developed to verify the simulation. The experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, which verifies the feasibility and correctness of finite element method and plate element method in the study of acoustic scattering characteristics of MUUV with typical structure. The research on acoustic scattering characteristics of MUUV with typical structure can provide ideas for the shape design of MUUV,and provide theoretical basis for target detection, communication, class recognition, acoustic stealth and other technologies of MUUV. |
