| In recent years,with the maturity of China’s auto industry,China’s auto market has experienced negative growth for the first time,it is gradually shifting from an incremental market to a stock market,so the competition among major auto companies is becoming increasingly fierce.Product quality is one of the core competitiveness of automobile enterprises.As the source of automobile power,the quality of engine is particularly important,so the major automobile companies need to continuously improve product quality to maintain competitive advantage.At the same time,with the continuous upgrading of national emission regulations and fuel consumption regulations,more and more new requirements have been put forward on automobile engines,and various new engine development projects of various automobile companies have emerged one after another.Therefore,quality management in the process of new engine development project has gradually become one of the important topics for various auto companies to enhance their competitiveness.As the independent R&D center of the entire group,D company takes up the heavy responsibility of developing its own brand products and technologies,and the development of new efficient engines is the most important task.This thesis takes D company engine development project quality management as the research object,and comprehensively summarizes and analyzes the status and existing problems of D company engine development project quality management.Then combine with the actual situation of D company and put forward the optimization scheme of engine R&D project quality management.Finally,through the practical application of the optimization scheme in the C10 T project,the effectiveness of the scheme was verified by comparing the number of design problems in the development process and the after-sales failure rate.This research provides theoretical guidance and practical experience in quality management for the development of other engine projects of D company.It also has certain reference significance for the similar development projects of other companies.In addition,this thesis also opens up a new field of combined application of DFMEA and retransmission prevention,provides an effective operation method for the application of DFMEA,and also deepens the content of quality management research for engine R & D projects. |
