| With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,intelligent manufacturing has made great progress in many areas of industrial production and has been widely used.As an important carrier for the construction industry to realize digitalization,informatization,automation,and intelligence,prefabricated buildings have obtained strong support and promotion from the country to the local.The production automation of prefabricated buildings is inseparable from the automated production plants and equipment for precast concrete components.The shuttering manipulator is an important piece of equipment of the production line of precast concrete components.The development of shuttering manipulator which is suitable for domestic construction standards and production of precast concrete components has become an important development direction for the construction machinery and automation industries.This article will design and analyze the shuttering manipulator of precast concrete components based on the domestic prefabricated buildings.Firstly,the production process flow of precast concrete components was analyzed,and the placing and dismantling process of the shuttering manipulator was studied.According to the characteristics of the process,different system schemes were designed and compared.At last,the overall scheme that the process was separated by shuttering placement,dismantlement and storage was selected.Secondly,according to the characteristics of precast concrete components,the demand analysis and scheme comparison of shuttering were carried out,and a kind of magnetic shuttering for automated production of precast concrete components was designed.Based on the designed shuttering,the design of the end effectors of the placing and dismantling shuttering manipulator was carried out.Taking the placing and dismantling shuttering manipulator as an example,the truss structure design,transmission design and calculation for component selection of the manipulator were carried out.Finally,the finite element analysis theory and method were used to analyze the strength and stiffness of manipulator.With the help of modal analysis method,modal analysis was carried out on the whole manipulator.According to the analysis results,the truss structure was optimized.The analysis,research and design of the shuttering manipulator in this thesis provide a reference plan for the automated production of precast concrete components. |
