Research On The Planning And Design Strategy Of Manufacturing Enterprises

The blind construction of industrial parks has resulted in urban imbalances in terms of job and housing,traffic congestion,and lack of regional characteristics.The corporate factories in the park also exhibit poor image,incomplete functions,and poor environment.These problems restrict the development of cities,hinder the promotion of enterprises,affect the lives of employees,find out the causes of problems and seek solutions to them.Based on the investigation and analysis of practical projects,it was found that many problems were revealed during the project planning and architectural design stages of the enterprise plant.In-depth analysis of practical projects,use induction to classify and summarize specific problems in practical projects,analyze construction problems and their causes,and reflect them in project planning and architectural design in the form of enterprise plant construction needs.Starting from the actual needs of the enterprise,the construction needs of the enterprise’s factory area are analyzed in depth in four aspects: urban development,factory production,employees’ physical and mental and cultural performance.Demand research found that although the social functions of the company have been stripped of the construction of the company’s factory area,in the actual development of the company,it still needs to meet part of the needs of employees’ lives to ensure the efficient operation of production.According to different construction needs,the design strategy of four aspects: production city-coordinated development,factory area-production environment,enterprise-humanistic care,and culture-concept expression is proposed.The actual operation method is introduced using real cases,and the design strategy in the practical project is used.The response to confirm the feasibility of the design strategy,with a view to solving the common problems in the construction and development of the enterprise plant area.The discovery and combing of construction needs can provide reference for the design tasks of the enterprise plant in the project planning and architectural design stage.The design strategy and specific methods can solve the construction and development problems of the enterprise’s factory area,and at the same time actively respond to the national policy of "promoting the city with industry,rejuvenating the city with industry,and integrating the industry with the city",improve the appearance of the city,and improve the urban residents’ Production and living environment.The healthy development of an enterprise’s plant area is of great significance to safeguard the national economic stability,enhance the status of the city,stabilize employment,and improve the working and living environment of employees.
