Study On Environmental Reconstruction Design Of Baoji State Owned Enterprise Living Area(Community)

Baoji is the rise of a typical relying on the industrial development of the city,is the second largest city in Shaanxi Province,the city surrounded by mountains on three sides,Weihe through the city,the city was divided into two parts of North and south.Industrial and residential areas of the emergence of a large number of state-owned enterprises in the construction of supporting the community,the main framework of the city around the community established(after the founding of the new town main types),gradually formed the existing scale of the city,and to form long-term development.Large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in cities cover heavy industries such as automobile manufacturing,nonferrous metal smelting and processing,coal mining,equipment manufacturing,and other light industries such as textiles,food processing,tobacco and alcoholic beverages.With the further deepening of reform and opening up,China has planned to enter the new urbanization construction,and gradually orderly transformation of the original town.This paper selects the city in the central region of the site of the Baoji cigarette factory original factory for the new Baoji Public Art Center,BaoTi Group Co.Ltd.(BaoTi group)living area(community)the existing state-owned enterprise reform the community environment changes to retirement community on behalf of the Baoji city’s present situation,two aspects of community landscape transformation of state owned enterprises in Baoji city the study of two typical cases from the plant environment improvement,residential environment.Based on the above research,analysis and summary of a few conclusions:1.Through to the Baoji cigarette factory site was converted into analysis and transformation of Baoji public art center environment,the state-owned enterprise environment landscape historical preservation,the value of the new transformation of the aspects of the effect of environment and development clearly the necessity of BaoTi Group Co.Ltd.;old residential environment transformation,upgrading and sound etc.to meet the original inhabitants aging after demand,through indoor and outdoor design to promote two aspects of physiological and psychological demands,not only do the demolition,renovation,in the purpose of building community endowment.2.Through the factory of state-owned enterprises residential environment transformation collection,to make state-owned enterprises to the community has been made in the construction of new towns in the period of achievement,this is the case to break the "bulldozer" type of construction,reconstruction,rehabilitation and construction methods have adverse effects on the environment,to provide human settlements function upgrading the ecological environment,upgrading,physiological and psychological environment upgrade environmental benign transformation.3.Through the analysis of two cases,a set of conditions is feasible and has good practicability,meet the design demand of residents in long-term development of state-owned enterprises in the same district living area(community)is a reference.Through the transformation of the original building renovation,to the basis of the original living facilities as the foundation,by changing the facade and interior decoration,public service facilities for the school-age population increase,creating space and landscape infrastructure technology upgrading,and ultimately the state owned enterprises in Baoji city living area(community)environmental reconstruction design goals.
