| As the construction of domestic hydropower plants gradually enters a saturated state,the hydropower industry begins to expand its business overseas,the acquisition and management of overseas power plants have also become a new business direction for the hydropower industry.Under this big trend,the overall performance evaluation of hydropower stations is very important for the acquisition and management of hydropower stations.Before acquiring a hydropower station,it is necessary to have an overall understanding of the equipment status,operation status and personnel management of the existing components of the hydropower station,and this is used as a basis to start the acquisition and management of the hydropower station.In order to completely show the evaluation index system of the overall performance of the hydropower station and the influence of the complex relationship between the evaluation indexes on the evaluation results,the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHPDEMATEL)is used to weight the evaluation indexes of the overall performance of the hydropower station.And then make a comprehensive evaluation with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First of all,consult the data and combine the experts’ opinions to screen out the various evaluation indexes of the overall performance of the hydropower station,and the hierarchy according to the subordination relationship between the indexes is divided to establish the overall performance evaluation index system of the hydropower station.Secondly,traditional AHP,fuzzy AHP and improved fuzzy AHP are used to determine the weight of each evaluation index of the overall performance of the hydropower station,then the results calculated by the three methods are compared and analyzed.The improved fuzzy AHP was confirmed it has good applicability for the determination of the weights of the evaluation indexes of the overall performance of the hydropower station,and the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process not only solves the problem of the influence of the mutual influence between the indexes on the weight ranking during the weight determination process,but also avoids the problem The consideration of the consistency of the judgment matrix is more scientific and reasonable than the weight results determined by the fuzzy AHP after the improvement of the first two methods.Finally,the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index of the overall performance of the hydropower station determined by the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of the hydropower station.Considering the inconvenience of establishing the overall performance evaluation index system of the hydropower station and the complexity of determining its weight,the overall performance evaluation system of the hydropower station was developed based on the B/S model,which is convenient for visualizing the construction of the overall performance evaluation index system of the hydropower station and realizing the overall performance of the hydropower station.A series of functions such as the establishment,adjustment,calculation,and result display of the evaluation model.The use of a good human-computer interaction mode improves the efficiency of the overall performance evaluation of the hydropower station,reduces the errors in the manual calculation process,and makes the evaluation results more accurate and reliable. |
