In the context of the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry and the SASAC’s request to "improve the generation",how can airlines improve their marketing capabilities and provide passenger-centric travel services for passengers? A difficult problem in front of me.This article aims to introduce China CSN Airlines’ One-ID system construction project,analyze how airlines use their business advantages,make full use of passenger data to provide accurate marketing,and explore the future development direction of airline e-commerce marketing.The thinking frame of the analysis and research in this article is "problem raising"-"problem solving"-"effect manifestation".First of all,according to the current status of the civil aviation industry in China,the difficulties and risks in the production and operation of China’s airlines are explained.It pointed out that in the face of the status quo,airlines need to vigorously improve their marketing capabilities.Next,taking China CSN Airlines as an example,the necessity of building a One-ID system to improve the company’s marketing ability was explained through the analysis of the company’s operating status and SWOT analysis.After that,this article introduced in detail the construction of One-ID system implemented by Chinese CSN airlines through the integration of passenger data,with the goal of comprehensively improving marketing capabilities.The analysis included the initialization of One-ID system database and the cleaning of One-ID system database data.Finally,the introduction of the One-ID system’s operational benefits and service quality improvement for China CSN Airlines around user operations and precision marketing.
