Research On Wooden Beam String Structure Expressing Strategy From The Perspective Of Tectonics

As an efficient hybrid prestressed wooden structure,the wooden beam string structure(WBSS)has been widely used nowadays.But the research of WBSS in China is still in initial stage.And the related research such as material selection,structural design methods,structural form and the performance strategies is relatively defective.Besides,the practice of wood beams in China also lacks of reference.The research on WBSS technology and related practice in Foreign are in the lead,but the research on structural performance strategies is also relatively lacking.From the perspective of sustainable development,wood is a kind of carbon-reducing growable material.Which means the development of WBSS is a new direction.Therefore,this paper choosed the structural performance of WBSS as the research subject.The structural performance of the WBSS includes technology and art.In the research,the author adopted case study method,qualitative research method,typology method and interdisciplinary research method,and based on the construction theory,focused on the analysis of the main problems of WBSS,combined with related research and a large number of cases The structural performance should abide by the logic of mechanics,follow the principles of aesthetics,take into account the construction method,integrate the three aspects of material will,structural form,and node form,and try to achieve the unity of "reasonable","true" and "poetic".In this paper,the author integrated architecture research and structure research.From the perspective of Masao Saito,the form construction of WBSS is expanded into "morphological resistance","spatial resistance",and "tension mixing" Three ways.Combined with related cases,the expressing strategy of WBSS is presented in three aspects: material,structure and node.The research process of this article can provide a kind of references for the structural performance research of other structural types,and the research results can also provide inspiration for the creation of architects.
