In the whole cycle of EPC project construction,the bidding stage is one of the most critical and basic links,which will directly affect the quality and efficiency of subsequent project construction.However,this mode started late in China,and the evaluation and selection of contractors in China are mainly based on the price index.There is also a lack of suitable screening methods and processes for the bidders who evaluate and verify the real estate construction projects.At present,the comprehensive level of EPC contractor projects in the domestic market is also uneven.For the bidding enterprises,how to evaluate the bidding enterprises scientifically and effectively,so as to select the contractors most in line with the construction requirements of the housing construction EPC project is particularly important.According to my working experience in the real estate EPC project,with the purpose of how to evaluate the bidder as the most suitable contractor for the bidding enterprise,this paper analyzes the current situation of the evaluation of the bidder in the real estate EPC project,explores the difficulties and problems in the bidding and implementation process of the real estate EPC project,fully combines the demand characteristics of the real estate EPC project,and adopts literature induction,questionnaire and AHP Finally,the feasibility of the index system in the actual project operation is demonstrated through the case of the housing construction EPC project.The main contents of this paper include the following five aspects: first,it comprehensively combs the current situation of the evaluation of the bidders of the housing construction EPC project;second,it analyzes the difficulties encountered in the bidding and implementation of the EPC housing construction project from the perspective of the owner,the general contractor,the policy environment and the evaluation system;third,it focuses on the demand characteristics of the housing construction EPC project,using literature induction,questionnaire The fourth is to take the W company’s housing construction project as a case to demonstrate the feasibility of the evaluation system in the actual project operation.The fifth is to combine the specific practical problems and the evaluation index system constructed in this paper Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the evaluation practice of the bidders of the housing construction EPC project.Through a reasonable and scientific method to select the general contractor of the housing construction EPC project,it can not only enhance the match between the general contractor and the project,better guarantee the construction quality of the project,but also effectively save the time and human cost of the bidding and bid evaluation,and improve the economic efficiency level of the owner.Therefore,the research results of this paper can provide reference ideas for the bidding practice of housing construction EPC project,and also provide some support for the development of related theoretical research.
