| The large-scale engineering project construction has a promoting effect on the growth of the national economy, it is an important part of national development. However, with the increasing difficulty of implementation of expanding and the scope of project management, the managers tend to ignore the interaction within the system, which will reduce the management level. Performance evaluation is an effect measure of large-scale engineering project, which can provide the basis and measures to improve the management level of the objective. In view of this, exploring a scientific performance evaluation has far-reaching implications for the large-scale engineering project management.Based on the large-scale engineering project sub-project numerous and management system complicated, the thesis explores the large-scale engineering project management performance evaluation from the perspective of program management, the main research work is as follows:(1) On the basic of research of large-scale engineering project management performance and connotation of program management, the thesis discusseds the characteristics of the system for large-scale engineering project management and project management guided by the thought of systems engineering, and analysis of the agreement between the two system and expounds the scientificalness and feasibility of using program management perspective to evaluate large-scale engineering project management performance.(2) On the basis of theoretical study, using the thought of system engineering, the thesis builts the PMP evaluation model for large-scale engineering project management performance evaluation, it includes program management perspective, the two level of sub projects and the overall benefit and performance evaluation system, index system module, the connotation of module module. The thesis studies formation and operation mechanism of the model, and puts forward some new ideas for the performance of large engineering project management.(3) Based on PMP evaluation model, the thesis combines the theory of characteristics of C-PMBOK with improvement of BSC, and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system that contains the sub project level and overall efficiency of large-scale engineering project managemen. It is the effective standard for large-scale engineering project management performance.(4) The thesis uses grey system theory to analyze the connotation of performance appraisal model, it constructs double hierarchy comprehensive evaluation clustering model as a guide of program management to output PMP evaluation mode results, in the process of evaluation, it associates COWA and ANP respectively evaluate on the project level and the overall effectiveness of indicators of empowerment, improving the science and accuracy of performance evaluation of large-scale engineering project management based on the perspective of program management.(5) Combined with the Shijiazhuang metro project, the thesis appliies the comprehensive evaluation index system and double hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model to a large concrete project management, analyzing the existing problems that in the process of project implementation, proposeing corresponding measures to improve the level of large-scale engineering project management. |
