Research On Post Evaluation Of Municipal Engineering Construction Project

After project evaluation refers to the project construction is completed,against all phases of the project construction data research,complete situation on construction project evaluation,project implementation and project,the gap between expected and analyzes the factors that influence the results of the feedback to project management personnel,can provide reference for the follow-up of the same project construction.Municipal engineering project belongs to a kind of engineering project construction,but it also has strong public welfare,after evaluation,on the one hand can realize the effective management and supervision of project construction,on the other hand to ensure the rational use of project funds.With the continuous development of municipal engineering project,project post-evaluation work to become one of the important content of municipal engineering project management.This paper first introduces the municipal engineering project post-evaluation work of the research status at home and abroad,after analysis the necessity of the evaluation work;Then combed the municipal engineering project post-evaluation of some of the work process,through a large number of investigation,.collection and screening,etc.,determine the targeted after municipal engineering evaluation index system,using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine indicators into each index weight,municipal engineering after the fuzzy evaluation model is set up in the end.By using the model of a certain city pier project post-evaluation,met the reusability of the model and the scientific nature.The paper also puts forward the idea of how to improve the feedback effect of post evaluation.
