Study On The Development Planning Strategy Of Liulong Tourism Town In Guizhou Province From The Perspective Of Inclusive Development

At present,China’s urbanization development has entered the second half of the acceleration period.The traditional urbanization mode,which tends to pursue quantity and scale,has been gradually transformed into a new urbanization mode focusing on quality and connotation.With the rapid development of urbanization and tourism in our country,the small tourism towns have shown great development advantages and broad prospects in today’s society,but at the same time,there are also gradually emerging problems in many aspects:(1)how to promote the economic development of the whole small tourism towns in the initial stage;(2)how to balance the multi benefits involved in the small tourism towns The relationship between the benefit subjects;(3)how to protect the local cultural characteristics while introducing the foreign culture into the tourism industry;(4)how to meet the coordination of the overall style and the differences of the needs of different groups in the development of urban tourism industry;(5)how to make the small tourism town pursue the same time of economic development and give consideration to the protection of the ecological environment.Based on the above related issues,the author found that compared with other small towns,tourism based small towns can more clearly reflect the mutual benefit and integration of multiple objects,multiple industries,multiple cultures and other things.In order to make the tourism industry better drive the overall development of small towns,benefit more people from the tourism industry,and make the sustainable and healthy development of tourism based small towns,this paper attempts to link the concept of inclusive development with tourism based small towns,and implement the construction of tourism based small towns with the concept of inclusive development.By using literature research and empirical analysis,comparative analysis,interdisciplinary analysis and other research methods,taking enhancing the inclusiveness of tourism-oriented small towns as the research purpose and research core,taking Liulong town in Guizhou Province as the practical research object,this paper explores the inclusiveness problems in the development process of tourism-oriented small towns,and constructs the impact assessment system of inclusive development of tourism-oriented small towns In view of the overall evaluation and analysis of inclusiveness,this paper puts forward macro guidance strategies and meso and micro implementation strategies.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part(Chapter one)is mainly about basic research.The author interprets the research background,significance,contents,methods and related concepts of tourism town.From the different research directions of tourism small towns,this paper summarizes the theoretical research results of tourism small towns at home and abroad and makes research comments.This paper also summarizes the content of inclusive development,which is the research perspective of this paper.The second part(Chapter Two)is mainly about the theoretical analysis.First of all,it explains the connotation of "inclusiveness",combs the development trend of the concept of inclusiveness,and expounds the internal relationship between inclusive development and tourism-oriented small towns.Through the interpretation of the connotation of inclusiveness,the research object,service subject and support focus are defined,and the requirements of inclusiveness for tourism based small towns are analyzed.Secondly,the paper combs the positive and negative effects of economy,social culture and environment on the development of tourism in small towns,and sums up the current non inclusive phenomenon of tourism based small towns.By sorting out the development mode of tourism towns,we can choose the appropriate mode for different towns.The third part(Chapter three)mainly establishes the index system.Firstly,the function and principle of the evaluation index system are discussed,and the basis and method of establishing the evaluation system are determined.Then,by referring to the relevant international indexes,the documents and indexes issued by the relevant national departments,and the research results of domestic and foreign research institutions and scholars,five first level indexes and 28 second level indexes including population,industry,space,culture and ecology are constructed The evaluation index system of inclusive development of the target tourism small town.Finally,through questionnaire survey,AHP is used to give weight to each index and determine the index evaluation method and evaluation criteria.The fourth part(Chapter four,chapter five)is mainly empirical research.First of all,take Liulong town as the practice case object,evaluate and score its inclusive development,and analyze the problems and contradictions of inclusive development of Liulong town through the evaluation results of five aspects: population,industry,space,culture and ecology.Then it summarizes the specific problems existing in the inclusive development of tourism in Liulong town.Finally,in view of the problems of LIULONG Town,this paper puts forward specific inclusive development strategies from the three technical levels of macro,meso and micro.In the end,the paper summarizes the research,points out the key points,difficulties,shortcomings and prospects of the research.The whole research is based on a large number of theoretical reference,with practical cases as the object to put forward and solve its problems,and provide a new perspective to optimize the inclusive development planning of small tourism towns.
