The Study On The Theory Of Hebei Taihang Mountains Eco-tourism Type Of Small Towns Planning

Present, the time and conditions are ripe for speeding up China's urbanization process. Longer period of time the current and future, seizing the opportunity and guiding small cities to develop healthily at right time should be an important task for rural reform and development. A series of policies that are issued by the CPC Central Committee show that speeding up the urbanization process is the major tasks and the inevitable trend for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society, and of great strategic significance for a harmonious society.In accordance with the construction requirements of the new era, the construction of small towns must plan as a whole, lay out rationally, avoid size-fits-all. In this paper, the study targeted the planning theory of Hebei Taihang Mountains eco-tourism type of small cities , to guide the development of small cities of mountain areas.The rise of the tourism industry and the diversified forms of travel provide opportunities for the development of small cities of Taihang Mountain Area. Eco-tourism of small cities not only achieve sustainable development of small cities, but also an important form to meet people back to nature.According to the status quo and characteristics of the tourism resources of eco-tourism type of small cities in Hebei Taihang Mountains, this paper studied the planning approach, technology roadmap, development model for its future construction and development, to form a targeted research, to state planning system for construction of multi-integration theory, and to guide small cities in Hebei Taihang Mountains to develop characteristically and ecologically, promoting regional economic growth, and providing a certain degree of reference for the surrounding mountain region of small cities.In paper, the concept of small cities is redefined, and stated the construction and development of small cities in Hebei Taihang Mountains, under the background of building new socialist rural areas, combined with related theoretical research, to explore planning theory, methods and innovative content and eco-tourism planning methods, procedures and content for Hebei Taihang Mountains eco-tourism type of small cities in the new era. Based on the traditional planning approach, to apply new planning techniques, including digital planning, the application of GIS technology in the small towns planning and management, space control strategy, mandatory planning etc. Combining with typical case study, this paper tried to form a targeted research, and to guide the development of small cities of Hebei Taihang Mountain Area.Through the research on the planning of eco-tourism type of small cities in Hebei Taihang Mountains, emphasizing the role of planning control, changing planning philosophy, focus shift away from the layout of construction projects of small cities towards environmental resource protection and space control, shift away from emphasis on the size of small cities, the population expansion of the extensive outreach towards population in coordination with resources and the environment, with infrastructure, and with industry development, to strengthen the protection of scenic and historical resources, to make tourism become the new growth points of the economic development of small cities, to promote the development of small cities in Hebei Taihang Mountains, exchanges and communication between urban and rural areas will help farmers broaden their horizons, updated their ideas, change lifestyle, and promote the improvement of regional eco-environment and socio-economic development, promote urbanization process in Hebei Province, and form the development model of the "Taihang Mountain Road" that has a certain reference to other small cities .
