The construction industry plays an important role in the development of our national economy.Although the prefabricated buildings in our country have a certain foundation and accumulated some engineering experience,the development process is relatively slow.With the gradual promotion of new urbanization in China,the state and local governments have issued relevant policies to support,accelerate market transformation,improve technical support for R &D,and promote new changes in the construction industry.As a necessary part of assembly building,quality control plays an important role in the development of assembly building in the future.In this paper,the process quality control and diagnosis of a prefabricated building project in Chongqing are carried out.The key process and important process are introduced to define the construction process of prefabricated building,and the construction process of vertical component,horizontal component and prefabricated stair component of prefabricated building is combed.Combined with the construction characteristics and construction quality control methods of prefabricated buildings,the main content of the quality control and diagnosis theory of the construction process of prefabricated buildings is summarized.The following is the specific research process:First of all,determine the important process and quality control parameters of assembly construction.By combing and studying the specifications,20 construction processes of the prefabricated building project are integrated into 15 processes.On this basis,10 important processes are identified by factor analysis.According to the standard control points,the quality parameters are divided into four types: counting type,measuring type,testing type and subjective type.According to the principles of importance,acquisitiveness,practicality and statistics,the corresponding quality parameters are selected.Secondly,identify the key process of assembly construction and put forward the control method.This paper combines the construction characteristics of prefabricated buildings with the calculation method of process capability index,and establishes the calculation model of process capability index of prefabricated buildings.Through the data collection and analysis of quality parameters of important processes,five key processes with poor process capability are identified,and the influencing factors and quality rectification are carried out from "man,machine,material,method,measurement,environment"(5M1E for short).Finally,the process meeting the requirements of process capability index is diagnosed and the corresponding correction scheme is proposed.In this paper,based on the principal component diagnosis theory,the detection method of abnormal data is added,and the assembly process quality diagnosis model is established.Taking the installation and restoration of beam reinforcement as an example,a diagnosis model is established to monitor the process in real time.Through verification,when the real-time data is abnormal,the abnormal quality parameters can be found accurately,and the abnormal quality parameters can be corrected from 5M1E.In the following work,we can analyze the assembly construction process with higher assembly rate,and develop the corresponding auxiliary calculation software by integrating the calculation method.
