| "Made in China 2025" takes "intelligent manufacturing" as one of the five key projects to be implemented,and clearly puts forward the importance of intelligent improvement for manufacturing enterprises.Build mature reliable industrial software is one of the key technologies to be solved in intelligent manufacturing,engineering database as part of the software industry,one of the implementation of the enterprise product whole life cycle of engineering data management,for the enterprise design,process,manufacturing and operations to provide effective data support plays an important role.The paper is to Marine diesel engine turbocharger products as the research object,for its design process,involving many complex engineering data,the characteristics of research in the construction of engineering database and some of the key technologies.Thus able to Marine diesel engine turbocharger products in various stages of the design parameters,such as design experience,design data,unified management and better utilization so as to promote enterprise design knowledge and the inheritance and optimization of the design process,to help manufacturers high quality development.The characteristics of the main products of the enterprise and the requirements for the engineering database are studied and the overall idea of the engineering database is put forward.A system framework containing eight levels of engineering database for Marine diesel engine turbochargers is established,and the main functions,functions and relationships of each part are described.Combined with the overall framework and functional model of the system,this paper expounds its operation mode in detail,and establishes the IDEF1 x model of the data in the engineering database,which lays a foundation for the development of the engineering database of Marine diesel engine turbocharger.Based on six basic databases and three application databases,the conceptual model of the database is established by using UML class diagram,the logical model of XML schema is formed by certain mapping rules,and the physical model in SQL database is finally generated.The conceptual model and physical model are loosely coupled by XML schema,so the matching between conceptual model and physical model can be realized by XML configuration.A general knowledge-based configurable design process model is proposed.Product design was established based on the model or different parts design process of constructing method,through the configurable features,using the compute node definition,design rule definition,the structure of the parameter definition,the compute nodes connected technologies such as rapid build parts design process,and through the design of the construction of the knowledge base,inheritance,and the design experience of management of enterprise accumulation,integration with configurable component design process,the design knowledge reflected in the design process,make the enterprise can through the design process fast and efficient for parts design.A set of engineering database system of Marine diesel engine turbocharger is designed and developed,the information model of the system is established,and the functional development of each component is completed.It is used in the practical design of enterprises and good application results are obtained. |
