With the rapid development of the economy,the traditional process design can not meet the high efficiency of the production demand.It has become an urgent need for the process design to improve the rapid response ability of the process information.At present,most of the process information reuse process in marine diesel engine enterprises depends on the experience of the technicians,and does not take into account the relationship between the model and the process information and efficiency problem of reuse,it causes the problems such as large workload,low efficiency and imprecise reuse effect.In this paper,based on the analysis of the relationship between process information and process feature of key parts of marine,this paper defines the process element MBPF(Machining Knowledge Unit Based On Process Feature,processing knowledge unit based on process characteristics),and proposes a retrieval matching technology based on the feature process element and the process element.To realize the three-dimensional mechanical process information reuse of key parts of Marine diesel engines.The specific research content is as follows:(1)To establish a research system for the reuse of three-dimensional machining information for key parts of Marine diesel engines.analyze the functional requirements of the reuse system of the key parts of Marine diesel engines and creates the system functional framework.The key techniques used in the reusing of the 3D machining information reuse system of key parts of Marine diesel engine are expounded,and the process of this system and the data flow between each function are clarified.(2)The concept and classification of process element are defined,and the process information organization and management methods are put forward,that is,the construction method of process element model and the information expression method based on the process element.On this basis,the process element data base of the marine diesel engine key parts process information reuse system is set up.(3)Based on the knowledge reasoning method,the process element feature recognition is carried out.Based on the process element identified by the feature and the determined principle and retrieval factor of the parts retrieval,a part retrieval method based on the process element similarity is proposed.The reuse of process information for key parts of marine diesel engine is realized.Based on the above research,using NX as the platform,Develop the reusing system of machining information for Marine diesel engine key parts.The feasibility of the system is verified by the method of reconnecting rod of Marine diesel engine.
