| With the improvement of people’s living standards and the popularization of cars,domestic car sales have increased year by year,and the traffic problems that they bring have become increasingly serious.Road congestion,frequent accidents,and difficulties on finding parking spaces all trouble people.Although related vehicle parking facilities are under construction,the construction rate is slower than the increasing rate of vehicles.To solve the contradiction between the increase of vehicles and the lack of parking spaces,an efficient intelligent garage management system is urgently needed to maximize the efficient use of the current garage resources to improve traffic conditions and improve the life experience of urban residents.Firstly,this dissertation analyzes the research and development status of the intelligent garage management system home and abroad,then the structure of the intelligent garage management system is analyzed.Based on the predecessors,a series of improvements to the current garage management system are put forward,which provides certain help for the follow-up intelligent urban traffic construction.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The method of HSI space license plate recognition based on BP neural network is proposed.Firstly,retinex image enhancement algorithm is used to pre-process the acquired original vehicle image to make the license plate information more prominent under the dim light or smoke.Then,the HSI color space positioning method is used to locate the license plate and the vertical projection method is adopted to finish tilt correction and character segmentation,Besides these,BP neural network is used to train and recognize predetermined characters,and finally vehicle license plate recognition is realized with a short delay and strong robustness.(2)To solve the shortcomings of the current unmanaged garage management system after the vehicles are put into the garage,this thesis proposes an improved ant colony-based garage parking guidance method,which provides two parking modes: independent parking space selection and automatic parking space selection.While angular deviation shift function and distance offset function is introduced.After the autonomous parking space mode is selected,the coordinates of the entry point and the target parking space point are obtained,and the parking path with the shortest distance and as few turns as possible is calculated in the predetermined garage model.In the automatic mode,by the algorithm,the free parking spaces closest to the elevator entrance or exit are autonomously selected,and the parking paths with short distances and few curves are also calculated,thereby time is saved and parking efficiency is improved.(3)The software model of an intelligent garage management system is constructed in this thesis.The main structure of the intelligent garage management system is introduce,the design of the system from the steps of requirements analysis,functional design,and framework construction are analyzed,and UML is adopted to model the system.Finally,Web development technology and Java script language are used to write the system Program and test functions.According to the simulation experiments,the garage management system proposed in this paper is proved that the system has a good effect on improving the efficiency of accessing vehicles,and provides a mitigation method for current urban vehicle congestion and parking difficulties. |
