Shock-reduction and isolation technology has been studied for many years in China and has been widely applied in engineering.The sliding isolation system has a unique advantage in shock-reduction and isolation,but there are defects in the control of displacement.The widely studied laminated rubber cushion isolation system has a weak energy dissipation capacity and a weak bearing capacity.In this paper,aiming at some disadvantages of isolation device or deficiency,the design research a kind of new type separate isolation device,the new isolation device has the friction and sliding bearing energy dissipation,laminated rubber advance expenditure stability,control displacement and response capabilities,can be fabricated based on structure design concept,have greater applicability in practice.In this paper,the mechanical properties of natural rubber cylinder and high damping rubber cylinder are studied by theoretical analysis,finite element numerical simulation and experiment.The mechanical curve of rubber base material is determined by the test and the hyperelastic constitutive model is determined by the fitting of the test curve.In addition,ANSYS was used for the simulation analysis of rubber cylinder,and the vertical stiffness,horizontal mechanical properties,horizontal stiffness and damping ratio of rubber cylinder were analyzed with the comparison of test data of rubber cylinder.Based on the study of mechanical properties of rubber cylinder,the new type of separated isolation device is divided into two parts: high bearing capacity bearing friction and rubber cylinder.The simulation analysis of the isolation device is carried out with ANSYS software to study the role of sliding friction and rubber cylinder in the isolation device.The friction-slip part is equivalent to a basin bearing,which is combined with a natural rubber cylinder and a high-damping rubber cylinder respectively,and the numerical calculation model of restoring force curve of a new type of separated isolator is derived.A new type of isolation device was tested and studied.The test results show that the vertical stiffness of the isolation device is 2920 k N/mm after stabilization.The friction test results show that the friction coefficient of the device is very small under high stress,and the friction coefficient is stable below 0.03.The horizontal performance test has proved that the hysteretic curve of the isolation device is full and it has good energy dissipation capacity under different shear strains under different combination of rubber cylinders.By comparing the test results with the analysis results,it shows that the modeling analysis of the isolation device is correct,the theoretical analysis of the isolation device is verified,and the assembled structure design of the isolation device is verified.
