Settlement And Architecture Research Under The Vision Of Salt Transportation In Shandong Province

The ancient salt road in Shandong Province is a trade route formed by the transportation and sale of salt in Shandong Province,Jiangsu Province,Henan Province and Anhui Province.Ancient salt road not only became the bridge of material exchange and stimulating economy between coastal and inland areas of ancient Shandong Province,but also an important medium of spreading different regional cultures.The ancient road was born and flourished because of salt.It is not only for transporting salt,but also for spreading culture.It has a profound impact on the settlement and architecture along the line.This paper takes "the ancient salt road of Shandong" as a clue.Based on a large number of literature reading,field research and building mapping,this paper systematically studies and classifies the historical background,spatial distribution,morphological characteristics and historical architecture of settlements along the salt road.Then,based on the distribution and sales division of Salt Road,this paper reveals the characteristics of "cultural integration" of settlements along the line influenced by salt transportation and salt industry economy,and makes a reasonable explanation and thinking on the regional differences between settlements and buildings in salt area.In this paper,four parts are developed step by step: the first part focuses on the background,influencing factors,distribution and zoning of the salt transportation line.The second part expounds the distribution type and spatial form of the settlements along the salt road,and analyzes the different street space forms of the settlements on the Yin and Piao salt area.In the third part,the classification of the salt offices,s alt selling buildings and salt merchants’ houses along the line is studied,and the different characteristics of the buildings along the Yin and Piao salt area are discussed from the functional system,construction technology,decoration art and other aspects.The fourth part explains the phenomenon of the separation of the East and West in Shandong salt area and analyzes its influencing factors,discusses the integration of architectural skills along the salt road and the practical significance of the salt transport zoning,and tries to provide a new perspective and thinking for the settlement and architectural research in Shandong and its surrounding areas.
