Study On Settlement And Architecture From The Perspective Of Salt Transportation In Fujian

The people of the Qing Dynasty have said: "In addition to the state’s official tax,it is used as the military state,but only the salt law,tariff,and money law." It can be seen that the salt policy is the important policy of the "national economy and people’s livelihood" in the past dynasties of China.Fujian Province,with its abundant coastline resources in the east and Taiwan in the east,occupies a position not to be underestimated in the history of China’s salt industry.Since ancient times,the "difficult road in Fujian" has been the common feeling of Fujianese and those who have entered Fujian.Faced with such a steep mountainous terrain,the planning of the transportation and marketing route of Fujian salt has become the focus of government attention and reform,and "salt" is the focus of reform.Life resources,its production and transportation,have a lasting and special effect on the formation and evolution of human settlements and buildings.This article uses the linear cultural heritage research method,through a large number of ancient books reading and collation,visits and surveys,and architectural surveying and mapping,using the Ming and Qing "Fujian Salt Law Records" as the main data to sort out the ancient salt transportation roads in Fujian,and analyze the production settlements and salt transportation settlements along the line.The distribution,spatial form,and building composition of the building are systematically studied and classified,and the characteristics of the settlements related to the salt industry are explored;based on the status of the salt transportation and sales districts in Fujian,it is revealed that the settlements and buildings in each salt area are affected by salt transportation and the economy of the salt industry.The cultural blending characteristics presented by the impact show the rich connotation and multidisciplinary research value of the ancient salt road,deepen the understanding of the cultural route of the "Ancient Chinese Salt Road" by the academic circles,cultural departments,and the public,and promote the settlement and development of the settlements along the route.The overall protection of historical relics such as buildings.This article analyzes the four major functions layer by layer: The first part combs the distribution of the salt industry routes and salt areas in Fujian,and explains the natural,political and human factors that formed the ancient salt canals in Fujian.Take this as the main clue for the following analysis of salt settlements and salt industry buildings along the line.The second part mainly expounds the formation,morphological characteristics and evolution of salt-producing settlements in the course of salt production activities in Fujian.In the third part,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the Minyan Ancient Road route,the distribution characteristics and spatial morphology of the salt transport settlements on each route were studied and compared.In the fourth part,according to the functional requirements of management,storage,and housing in salt industry activities,the salt industry buildings are divided into salt industry administration,salt industry storage,salt industry residential buildings and salt industry public buildings,and analyzed these four categories.The architectural layout,spatial organization,architectural decoration and other elements are used to explore the cultural exchange and evolution of the building.Finally,it discusses the similarities and differences between the Yanyun subregion and the architectural subregion,trying to provide a new perspective and thinking for the study of Fujian settlements and architecture.
