With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,urban development has gradually shifted from element-driven to innovation-driven.By aggregating urban innovation-driven elements,optimizing the layout of innovation carriers,and collaborative innovation spatial organization,to guide the improvement of urban innovation space comprehensive capabilities Development has important theoretical value and practical significance.At present,Science and Technology Avenue has become an important manifestation of promoting innovation and promoting regional integration and innovation.How to optimize the spatial layout to better support the transformation and upgrading of urban industries to promote the gathering of high-value innovative resources along the road is worth our in-depth consideration.The article hopes to optimize the spatial design of the area along the Science and Technology Avenue through the perspective of innovation space to promote the concentration of innovation elements along the area,create an "innovation science and innovation corridor" in the innovation area,and drive the development of the area along the line.This article first conducts basic research on the research background,the definition of related concepts and the review of relevant literature research at home and abroad,understands the current research progress of the innovation space and the area along the Science and Technology Avenue,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research(Chapter 1).Secondly,through field research,interviews and literature research methods,from the spatial classification,characteristics,relationship with the city and some domestic case practice issues are summarized and combed,etc.,the research and analysis of the area along the Science and Technology Avenue in various aspects,summarizing the current Science and Technology Avenue Typical problems in regional space construction along the route(Chapter 2).Then,based on the analysis of the current situation,combing and summarizing the relevant theoretical foundations of the urban design of the area along the Science and Technology Avenue from the perspective of innovation space,combined with the United States Silicon Valley,Singapore Weiyi Technology City,Hangzhou Wenyi West Road(City West Science and Technology Corridor)A summary of an excellent case,providing guidance and reference to the urban design of the area along the Science and Technology Avenue(Chapter 3).On this basis,seven major urban design strategies for the area along the Science and Technology Avenue are proposed,namely:(1)Organization of land-use and function composite strategies: combined with rail stations,encouraging mixed layout of surrounding land-use functions;encouraging vertical mixing of building functions and strengthening spatial aggregation,Advocating multiple formats;encouraging the flexible development of land for innovative industries combined with MO;(2)Strategies for building a transportation network system: promoting public transport priority,combining internal and external traffic with the concept of "small street and dense road",and improving the slowmoving system;(3)improving diversification Public service supporting strategy: layout of multi-level,compound and reasonable scale public service facilities;perfect life circle layout and three-dimensional compound one-stop service facilities;(4)create an organic ecological network strategy: build a basic ecological security pattern and multiple levels 1.Networked organic ecological network;combined with EOD concept to create a sustainable land use layout model;introducing new low-carbon ecological green technology to reduce the impact of construction on the ecological environment;(5)Constructing a diversified public space strategy: creating a vibrant Innovative fun street space;create a neighborhood living room that meets the communication circle;create a cloudy The third space with wide coverage and wide coverage promotes the communication of creative people;(6)Strategies for highlighting regional cultural characteristics: through in-depth excavation of regional culture to create a characteristic cultural space,combined with tourism and activities to promote urban industrial transformation and improve the city’s image;(7)Switch from ordinary office to R & D incubation office strategy: optimize the production and office space combination and organization mode suitable for different enterprises;improve the daily innovation crowd and the production and living supporting facilities required by the enterprise;(8)switch from traditional community to Maker apartment,SOHO complex strategy: Summarize innovative residential forms such as Maker Apartment,LOFT,SOHO complex;create an integrated community platform of office + residence + social;combine smart community services to facilitate the working life of innovative people;(Chapter 4).Finally,taking the urban design along Guangzhou Innovation Avenue with the author’s participation as an example to conduct an empirical study(Chapter 5).
