| Serious winter road accidents often occur due to frozen snow in cold areas in China.To alleviate many problems caused by road ice and snow,domestic and foreign scholars have explored a variety of deicing methods,such as mechanical method,snow melting method,artificial method,etc.But they all have problems such as high energy consumption,environmental pollution,road surface damage,and low deicing efficiency.Microwave deicing is a new type of road deicing method combining mechanical deicing and microwave deicing pavement.The deicing process is environmentally friendly,non-polluting,uniformly heated and has no damage to the road surface.However,due to the limited microwave absorption ability of the ordinary road,the low deicing efficiency and affect its practical application.Improving the microwave absorption performance of pavement materials has become the focus of many scholars’ research,a common method is to add microwave absorption functional materials directly to the pavement materials to prepare cement concrete or asphalt concrete pavement,but little effect.Pavement coating has the advantages of convenient construction and easy repair,but there is also little research on microwave deicing functional coating.In this paper,two technical methods are used to improve the microwave absorption capacity of the pavement.One refers to the idea of aggregate functionalization,and porous microwave absorption functional aggregates are prepared by template sintering using shale,organic matter(rice)and Mn-Zn ferrite.Then completely replace the ordinary aggregate to prepare microwave absorption function mortar.The effects of pore diameter and organic(rice)content on the performance of aggregate and mortar were explored.The results show that the deicing method can be used to prepare aggregates with controlled pore structure by changing the properties of organic matter(rice).The suitable sintering temperature under the conditions of this study is 1000℃,sintering time is 30 min.Using rice with a pore diameter of 245~833μm,the aggregate and mortar prepared at the dosage of 25% have the highest temperature after microwave irradiation.After 30 s microwave irradiation,the temperature is raised from room temperature to 218.8℃ and 119.4℃,respectively.The deicing time is 48.5 seconds,and the 28 d flexural strength meets the requirements of the specification;the second is to use cationic emulsified asphalt,floating beads and Mn-Zn ferrite to prepare microwave absorption functional coatings,focusing on the effect of the amount of floating beads and Mn-Zn ferrite on the performance of the coating,the results show that when the content of Mn-Zn ferrite is 40% and the content of fly ash floating beads is 10%,the coating has good road performance and microwave heating capacity.The temperature after 30 s microwave irradiation from room temperature rose to 106.3°C.The large-diameter pore structure significantly improves the microwave heating capacity of the mortar and coating. |
