According to the analysis of vehicle’s wheel tracks band distribution under the conditionof channel traffic, this paper present to paving two carbon fiber-cement emulsified asphaltmortar boards (with dimensions of50cm×100cm×10cm and the curvature of the top surface:5°~10°) in the internal structure of asphalt concrete pavement, thus to form a heating bandwith the function of melting snow under microwave radiation. On the other hand, weproposed an idea to the combination of the heating band and roads as well as new-built roads, using emulsified asphalt cement with basalt aggregates as an insulating layer between theboard and the medium layer with the thickness of30~50mm.Summary one method to promote uniform dispersion of carbon fiber and three differentways to evaluate the dispersion,we offer one way to use CT tomography to characterize thedispersion of short carbon fibers, preprocess its image, distinguish, extract and calculate thefeature area. At the end, we give a formula for the quantitative evaluation of the dispersity. Atthe same time, by the software MIMICS, we reconstructed the CT image, and give a finiteelement analysis based on reconstruction model. The result indicates carbon fiber buncheswill lead to stress concentrations on the area, resulting in the first destructions of this regionunder the critical loads, finally caused expansion of cracks. This paper studies the relationship between the amount of carbon fiber, carbon fibersurface treatment, such factors as the length of carbon fiber and mechanical properties ofcomposite materials with using bending strength and toughness index for evaluation,Analyzes the affecting mechanism. The result shows: the ultimate flexural strength andcross-displacement of carbon fibers are significantly improved after the surface treatment ofnitric acid, nitric acid bath and mix acid bath at room temperature. Thus the growth ratereached42.2%and87.5%after mix acid bath. Carbon fiber volume Vcf=0.6~1.0%and alength of1~10mm are used for its parameter in the heating band, also as a reference valuefor practical applications. This study gives a model for the frozen ice stick and the road surface, proposes theformula of the specimen’s heat rate under microwave irradiation, studied the effect of theamount of carbon fiber and Emulsified Asphalt to the microwave heat rate and deeply analyzed impacting mechanism, which indicates: when Vcf=0.4%~1.0%, the irradiation time isunder30s, the microwave heat rate is the best, meanwhile Vcf=0.6%, the key generating heatrate k0is the best. When AE/C=5%and AE/C=10%, heat rate swells at a higher level, separately being504.4J/s and478.1J/s. Laboratory studies and computer simulations bothindicate that its de-icing effect is more ideal.
