With the acceleration of the pace of modernization,people’s demand for transportation continues to expand.The transportation network formed by a large number of roads and railways is rapidly covering the country,and a complex tunnel system is gradually being formed.In the initial stage of tunnel construction,it is necessary to monitor the safety of surrounding rock masses at all times to ensure the safety of construction personnel.With the increase of the service life of the tunnel,due to the influence of man-made or natural factors,the tunnel will be damaged to varying degrees.Once the external force applied exceeds the tolerance range of the artificially constructed protection,a collapse accident is very likely to occur,causing personnel and Damage to property.According to the engineering application requirements of tunnel safety monitoring,this paper analyzes the general law of tunnel displacement movement,and provides a micro-deformation monitoring scheme based on two-dimensional position sensitive detector(PSD).At the same time,the scheme is initially implemented.To verify.The main contents of this article include the following aspects:(1)For the nonlinear problem of PSD,a mesh error model is established by the actual value of the spot position and the measured value,and the PSD error compensation function is introduced according to the bicubic interpolation method to improve the accuracy of PSD measurement.And scope of application.(2)Aiming at the problems of harsh environment,complicated and changeable background light,long measurement distance,etc.,taking into account both energy consumption and cost,introducing spread spectrum modulation technology into the system,improving the signal-to-noise ratio of the system,increasing the measurement distance,measurement accuracy and Immunity.(3)Aiming at real-time data observation,effective utilization of hardware resources,and system applicability,oversampling folded matched filters,adaptive threshold deciders,and advanced lag delay phase-locked loops are used to complete the tracking and capture of pseudo-code.(4)Aiming at the design scheme of this paper,two-dimensional PSD is used to extract the spot position information;a dual-core controller of FPGA and ARM is used as the core algorithm and process control hardware platform of the system;a multi-channel 16-bit acquisition chip AD7606 is used to complete the data acquisition function;Qt programming is used to complete the real-time display of deformation monitoring data,and provides functions such as data upload and historical data query.(5)Conducted functional tests on important modules in the design.Set up an experimental platform and test the system as a whole to verify the feasibility and usability of this solution.The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can accurately monitor the small deformation of the object,effectively improve the anti-interference ability of the laser system,and expand the use range of the laser system.
