| In recent years,the safety of drinking water caused by environmental pollution has been widely concerned by the whole society.At present,bottled water and bottled water have become the mainstream of people’s drinking water.All kinds of water purifiers,water dispensers and other direct drinking water equipment have quietly entered people’s homes and public places.These direct drinking water equipment is to purify and disinfect the tap water,so that its indicators can meet the requirements of people’s direct drinking(that is,the water quality parameters meet the requirements of relevant standards),so it is called direct drinking water.However,the direct drinking water equipment itself has a life cycle,especially the filter in it is easy to be passivated,and the filter element needs to be replaced in time,and the internal purification and disinfection of the direct drinking water equipment also needs professional cleaning.Otherwise,it will cause secondary pollution due to the problems of direct drinking water equipment itself,which will seriously damage the quality of direct drinking water.Therefore,the monitoring of direct drinking water quality is the most critical technology in the field of direct drinking water.However,the existing direct drinking water monitoring generally adopts the third-party spot sampling detection mode.This mode has poor real-time performance,and the detection process needs a lot of manpower and material resources,which is far from meeting the demand of direct drinking water detection,leading to the failure of direct drinking water monitoring and drinking water safety accidents.How to realize the wireless intelligent terminal of real-time online monitoring of the water quality of the direct drinking water equipment,to ensure that the water quality of the direct drinking water reaches the standard,is particularly urgent and important.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a wireless remote monitoring and control system for direct drinking water,which has the function of real-time online monitoring of water quality,to improve the performance of direct drinking water equipment and to ensure that the water quality reaches the standard.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1 The wireless remote monitoring mode of real-time online monitoring of direct drinking water equipment parameters is proposed: in view of the lack of real-time online monitoring system for the existing direct drinking water equipment,the wireless remote monitoring mode of real-time online monitoring of direct drinking water quality parameters is proposed,and the real-time online wireless monitoring system of direct drinking water equipment parameters is established.The system consists of several wireless intelligent terminals for direct drinking water parameter monitoring and a remote measurement and control center(website).2 A six parameter intelligent wireless sensor array and information fusion model of direct drinking water are established.In order to realize the integrated monitoring of six parameters,the six most critical parameters(temperature,water pressure at the inlet and outlet,residual chlorine,turbidity,conductivity,p H)of direct drinking water equipment are taken as the monitoring objects.Six kinds of sensors and intelligent chip(stc12c5a602s single chip)are commonly used to build the six parameters of direct drinking water equipment value point water quality intelligent wireless sensor array.At the same time,in order to ensure the reliability of information,a six parameter information fusion model of drinking water was established by using information fusion algorithm.3 The prediction model of direct drinking water parameters based on BP neural network is established: Aiming at the problem that the water quality parameters of direct drinking water equipment will decline with the increase of water treatment capacity,BP neural network algorithm is used to predict the trend of water quality parameters(such as p H value,residual chlorine,turbidity,conductivity).When the predicted value of water quality parameters is about to exceed the corresponding threshold range(according to《 In the sanitary standard for drinking water(GB578-2006),the early warning information is given;at the same time,the self-cleaning control procedure(close the water supply valve and open the flushing valve)is started to carry out the backwash self-cleaning treatment for the key water purification components such as the internal pipeline and filter element,so as to restore the water purification performance.4 A real-time online remote measurement and control center(website)for direct drinking water equipment parameters is established: in order to facilitate the unified monitoring of several direct drinking water equipment,a real-time online remote measurement and control center for direct drinking water equipment parameters is established by using the Internet of things technology,and a wireless measurement and control network is established to conduct real-time online monitoring and early warning of terminal parameters of such direct drinking water equipment.At the same time,it is bound with the user’s mobile phone,so that the user can check the water quality of his own home at any timeBased on the above work,an intelligent campus drinking water system is built,and the performance test is carried out and analyzed.The feasibility and the advanced nature of the scheme are verified,and the results of the paper are achieved in advance. |
