With the implementation and promotion of the national strategy such as " the Belt and Road,transportation power ",the State Council issued the "opinions on speeding up the development of inland waterway transport in the Yangtze River" in 2011,which marked the development of water transport as a national strategy.Due to the lag of infrastructure development and incomplete information system,the coordination of dispatching and control of key nodes such as ship locks has become a shortcoming of the development of water transport.Due to the inconsistency between remote control instructions and the operation status of local equipment,manual inspection is still needed to assist in the actual operation of the lock,so the on-duty operators need not only to control the operation in the engine room,but also to conduct outdoor inspection.The design,development and application of intelligent lock wireless control system to ensure the safe and fast passage of ships through the lock,to support the stable operation of the lock,and to enhance the reliability and coordination of the lock operation,has become an inevitable trend in the future development of lock control.The main research work of this thesis includes:1.Deeply analyze the control types,control levels,causes of abnormal operation and the wired and wireless control network architecture of lock operation.Then,based on the Internet of Things technology,establish the security architecture of wireless control network for lock,and realize the convenient and safe control of lock.2.Based on the Internet of Things technology,the framework design of the wireless lock control system is developed.In order to realize the wireless lock control system,the key technologies of the wireless lock control system are studied,including the wireless call of the wired control system function,the topology of the wireless control network,the hardware and software design of the wireless communication module and the software development of the wireless operating system.3.In order to ensure the safe operation of the lock,the research on the safety guarantee of the lock control system is carried out.Taking the information security of the wireless lock control system as the key research content of this thesis,the information security technology of the wireless lock control network is deeply analyzed,and the wireless control security network system is established.The security problem of data transmission and access control of the lock control system is studied,and the traditional data encryption algorithm and authentication method are improved.The improved data encryption algorithm and the composite authentication strategy formed by the combination of MAC address binding authentication and dynamic password authentication are applied to the wireless control system network.Finally,relying on the Funing Lock Reconstruction and Extension Project undertaken by my company,this thesis designs a wireless lock control system for Funing Lock by analyzing the requirements of the actual operation of Funing Lock.By applying the research results of key technologies,the wireless lock control system is developed and verified on the site of Funing Lock.The results show that the system can improve the locks' convenient control ability and the emergency level in emergency situations,which is of great significance.
