| This research investigates the current status of the use of existing residential buildings,summarizes the common materials of residential buildings,thermal environment comfort,residential comfort,architectural design and other issues,and combs the typical diseases and causes.The investigation found that the causes of various deterioration phenomena of the raw soil construction are related to the performance of the raw soil material,and the mechanical properties and durability of the raw soil material determine the service life of the building.In addition,due to the lack of the necessary thermal insulation structure of the traditional earthen building,the indoor thermal environment quality is poor,and the living comfort is poor.Therefore,starting from the research of modification of raw wall materials and optimization of thermal performance of walls,the improvement of raw buildings is as follows:Firstly,cement,fly ash,slaked lime,silicon-acrylic emulsion,rice straw fiber and polypropylene fiber were used to modify the raw soil materials,and the influence rules and modification mechanism of different modified materials on compressive strength were explored.The organic-inorganic-fiber compound modification of the raw soil material was carried out.The experiment found that the cement-silicone-acrylic emulsion-polypropylene fiber compound modification was better than the fly ash-slaked lime-silicone-acrylic emulsion compound polypropylene fiber The effect is good.When the content of cement,silicone-acrylic emulsion,and polypropylene fiber is 10%,5%,and 0.25%,the compressive strength improvement effect is better,the water absorption rate at 60 minutes is 9.19%,and the water resistance is good.Secondly,the surface modification of the raw soil material is carried out by surface modification and surface penetration modification,and the feasibility of surface modification is judged by compressive strength and water resistance tests.The experiment found that the surface modification performance significantly improved the compressive strength of the raw material,and within 20 minutes,the water resistance was basically the same as that of the full modification;In the surface layer penetration modification test,when the water glass modulus is 2.5,the concentration is 30%,and the concentration of the silicone-acrylic emulsion is 20%,the modification effect is the best.Finally,with the help of building simulation software,the thermal performance of the modified raw soil building wall is optimized.Through the simulation of the indoor thermal environment under different structural forms of the external wall,it is found that the straw board insulation structure has good humidity adjustment ability,but poor insulation ability.Raw soil buildings generally refer to buildings whose main construction materials are raw soil materials,supplemented by natural materials such as wood and stone.Raw soil buildings can effectively reduce building energy consumption and operation energy consumption,and construction waste can be recycled,which is in line with the concept of sustainable development in today’s society.However,due to the material characteristics and building structure of traditional raw soil buildings,the building integrity and seismic resistance are poor,and the living comfort needs to be improved,which restricts the further development of raw soil buildings.In response to the above findings,the thermal performance of the external wall was optimized by starting from the thickness of the modified raw soil wall and the thickness of the straw board insulation layer.The optimized raw earth building has excellent thermal insulation effect in winter and summer,and can effectively save energy. |
