| As the top products of industrial manufacturing,complex heavy equipment embodies the extreme manufacturing capability and manufacturing level of the country’s whole industrial chain.The design and production of complex heavy equipment products have a high degree of personalization,which is directly oriented to orders and customers.Product scheme design is an important link in the design process of customized complex heavy equipment products,which affects the function,performance,price of the final product and the degree to meet customer requirements.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises to fully integrate and reflect customer needs and to make correct scheme design at the conceptual design stage of products.Based on this,this paper focuses on the related activities and key methods of complex heavy equipment product scheme design.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of customer requirements for complex heavy equipment and the differences in customer knowledge level,a requirement modeling method for single-piece small-batch complex heavy equipment products is constructed,which classifies and describes the requirements from the aspects of function,performance,structure,safety and cost,and standardizing the content and form of demand expression;A consistency check method for customer demand information is proposed,by constructing customer demand model and analyzing consistency constraints,correlating demand points and consistency constraints,using a requirements verification tree to check the consistency of requirements to resolve the relevant attribute conflicts and contradictions.(2)Based on the general model of CTO complex products,the differences between CTO and ETO are discussed.By adding the concepts of "standard" and "non-standard",the product scheme design is extended from CTO to ETO,and the ETO scheme design modeling is carried out on this basis;Finally,by analyzing the similarity between the product scheme design and the constraint satisfaction problem(CSP)in concept and characteristics,the scheme solution problem is mapped into the CSP to represent the scheme design.(3)Starting from the configuration dimension and design dimension,the distributed constraint satisfaction problem(Dis CSP)was proposed for the product scheme design of complex heavy equipment,and the constraints are analyzed and classified according to the constraint sources and constraint levels,and the method of constraint level division is given;By defining "constraint units" and "activity constraints",the distributed constraint satisfaction Network(Dis CSP Network)composed of activity constraint and activity variable is established;The cooperative multi-objective game method and the method combining the consistency of the backtracking mechanism and the graph-based communication technique are used to realize the comprehensive optimal distributed constraint of user demand and technical demand to satisfy the solution of the network.On the basis of the above research,the prototype system design of complex heavy equipment product design is carried out under the Windows platform.Taking the metal extruder design as an example,the feasibility of the research method in this paper is verified,which provides method support for enterprise practice. |
