Now the core of global market competition is the agility. The agile competition requires enterprises speeding product development, and so shorting the lead-time in the unpredictable and rapidly changeable competition environment. Meanwhile complexity of product function and structure, and personality market grow increasing, so enterprises should introduce speed-first strategy to develop new products, and then provide products with higher quality, much reasonable price, better sale service, and more environment protection in shorter time to market. Thus enterprise could enhance its key competitiveness-agile competitiveness. Researches on decision-making technique for agile product development have much meaning in theory and practice.Process decomposing and planning is the precondition and base for implementing product agile development. By analyzing the process decomposition of complex product, the bi-level dynamic programming model is setup, and realization method is given. Then dynamic tasks allocation model is put up. Integration of process decomposition and tasks allocation can let product coming into the market in time with high quality. Meanwhile, as to order planning of coupling tasks, two kinds of time-based tearing algorithms are given to support reconfiguration of development process effectively.Overlapping activities could reduce time to market, but bear risks to add costs. This paper presents nominal information evolution and efficient information evolution, and their formations. Based on this, programming model is presented to support overlapping coupling activities in product development. Meanwhile a process management model also is given to help manager monitor process of overlapping coupling activities.Product development process is process of setting up constraint net and satisfying constraints. This paper gives and quantifies constraint satisfaction degree and constraint conflict degree, and then sets up the multi-objective multi-variable decision-making model, so a quantified method is given to solve constraints in engineering design. Constraint satisfaction at the downstream of development process can be considered at the upstream by this quantified method really, so this method can support the agile product developmenteffectively. Meanwhile a constraint-based evaluation method for design scheme is given to support collaborative designers.As process of solving constraints is process in which multi-discipline designers collaborate, negotiation becomes an important method for conflict solving. As to constraint negotiation solving in the agile product development, as negotiation time can affect negotiation process and result, and meanwhile negotiator needs a method to lead negotiation course, this paper researches negotiation theory and method to support constraint solving, and presents time-based method for selecting negotiation strategy, and standard-based negotiation method. These methods can help designers effectively solve constraint conflict in the agile product development in time.Last, an example is given to illustrate and explain the main research results. Implementing these results can enhance enterprises' agile competitiveness in the complicated and changeable environment.
