Research On The Micro-renewal Strategy Of Public Space Of Unit System Community In The Context Of Stock

China has been moving from the phase of incremental expansion focusing on scale to the phase of stock development focusing on quality and connotation.However,“constructing “ clean,comfortable,safe,and beautiful” urban and rural living environment based on the community” is taken as the op-level design guiding concept to deeply implement the activity of “co-creation”.The slogan of “creating the coconstruction,co-governance and sharing social governance pattern” has been proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,and has been a consensus.Under this background,the view of urban renewal moves from grandiose narration to microcosmic life,and community renewal and small-scale gradual transformation are valued.On the one hand,as the basic unit of the old community public space in the community renewal,and the important carrier stimulating community vitality in the context of stock development,the old community public space has come to the view of people.Although,as one of the major type of old community formed during the planned economy period,the renewal of public space of unit community is not only related to the livable living of residents,but also an an important means of continuation of collective memory that will disappear soon.Where,Panzhihua City,as one of the key cities for third-tier construction,and one of the 15 national old community renovation pilot cities issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2017,its unit communities covering a wide range are the key points and difficulties for the renovation,the public space of unit communities renovated and not renovated are facing challenges.On the other hand,point-to-area and multi-directional linked micro-renewal in the cities with stock space and emphasis on public participation will provide new ideas for unit community public space transformation through incremental and small-scale reconstruction activities and behaviors.However,the previous studies on micro-renewal planning and design mainly focus on the macro-planning level and the micro-design level but the two are not linked with each other.Therefore,this article takes the unit community public space as the study object and Panzhihua City as an example.First of all,after a brief description of the development process and transformation status of the city and the unit system community,combined with the field survey of the typical unit system community public space in Panzhihua City and the summary of the residents’ wishes,the paper not only carries out the four characteristics of the unit system community public space status,but also analyze and summarize the problems existing in the public space of the unit system from the macro to the micro level-"lack of systematic construction of public space","supply of public space and its facilities”,and " loss of places as public space nodes".Secondly,under the guidance of existing theories on micro-renewal at the two levels of community renewal and space creation,combined with the elaboration of the material and non-material elements of micro-renewal in the unit community public space,according to the connotation of micro-renewal in the context of stock The three major characteristics of the micro-update of public spaces in the unit system community-"regional co-ordination and participation of multiple subjects are the foundation","demandization and gradualism are the guidance",and "refinement transformation is the means".At the same time,it analyzes the domestic and foreign cases of micro-update of community public space,and summarizes its reference experience for micro-update of public space in unit system.Then,based on the analysis of theory and cases,a microupdate framework of unit community public space including goals and ideas,principles,operating mechanisms and guarantee mechanisms is proposed;among them,"small intervention to improve node quality" and "spreading growth
